Omniscient POV

Jay was putting up his groceries when all of a sudden he heard a knock on his apartment door. He was expecting Rome, who earlier texted him that he wanted to come over.

Jay grabbed the pack of twizzlers from the grocery bag and placed it on the counter and walked to the door to open it, revealing an angry looking Rome.

"Some bitch pushed every button in the elevator and there ain't no way I was finna walk up them goofy ass stairs.", Rome walked past him to take off his shoes.

Jay bust out laughing as he closed the door. "Mane you funny as fuck.", Jay said.

"I know." Rome smiled making Jay stop laughing. "You vlogging or sumn?", Jay noticed the camera in the others hand.

"Yeah you wanna say hi? I told them I'm going to yo crib.", Rome told him. Jay smiled taking the camera and waving and then he gave it back.

"You're so awkward.", Rome chuckled. The slightly taller male continued what he was doing before as Rome walked into his room, probably going to lay down in his bed.

Yesterday Rome left pretty late with an Uber that Jay called for him and he was back in less than 24 hours.

Jay finished and walked to his room to see what Rome was up to. "How was yo day?", Jay asked while walking towards Rome to sit next to him.

"Until that shit happened, it was good actually.", he replied. "I'm sorry about that. Some little kid probably moved into the apartments downstairs where the bigger families live.", Jay explained.

"It's not your fault.. but yeah, my day was good and how was yours?", Rome looked over at him.

"I just got back from Walmart but I told you that and before that I posted some pictures so today was chill.", Jay spoke.

"I liked and commented.", Rome said, "For real?" Jay avoided haters so he didn't check his comments.

"Yeah.", Rome nodded.

They sat in comfortable silence but after a bit Jay decided to tickle Rome's waist, thinking he would laugh but he didn't.

"You think I'm tickledicky?"? Rome grabbed the others hands. "What?", Jay laughed.

"My dad used to always say tickledicky attack so I started calling it that.", Rome explained. "That-", Jay closed his mouth when the other glared at him.

"That's not weird at all.", Jay corrected himself. "Ima find yo spot though. Just wait.", Jay pointed at him with squinted eyes while backing out of the room to get his candy for him.

Rome watched him walk out.

Jay got two airheads for Rome. "Here you go.", Jay was surprised to not hear a thank you. He didn't need one but seeing as it was Rome, he expected to hear it but maybe the other was just getting used to being treated good by him.

Jay sat down on his bed and kissed his teeth when Rome took his phone out and started typing on it.

"You good nigga damn?", the sudden change of mood in the air was weird to Jay. "We was just laughing together and now you being weird."
