" Dragonstone! Just four quartz! "
" Moonshine over here! Only 8 glass! "
Princess Vakysha Eira Lunaris wandered from stall to stall wearing her commoner cloak so as not to be seen or identified.
She looked at every stone displayed on the tables, inspecting silver draperies, and asking for the price of some unusual items in the bustled market of Rymeria.
Vakysha was frowning as she inspected a sapphire ring, the blue stone glinting in the sunlight. She then looked up and smiled at the grey, wired haired seller.
" May I know the price? " She asked with a small smile.
" Fifteen quartz my lady, " the old man answered. He wasn't smiling but he sure do look hopeful that the latter would buy it. would buy it.
No one knew she was the Princess.
No one knew she was gone for hours.
Yet no one cared as she only looked like a commoner.
It took 3 strained minutes for Vakysha to decide whether to buy it or not.
" I'll take it. " Vakysha said after moments of thinking and debating.
The man finally smiled and peered thru his half-moon glasses. " Very well. "
Vakysha took 15 quartz from her pouch and handed it to the man and took the ring for herself. She then nodded and left the store.
Siofra, the trusted elf-servant of Vakysha walked beside her quietly. The Princess noticed this and casted her a glance.
" You seem quiet today, Siofra. Is something bothering you? " she asked the plump violet-haired elf.
Siofra looked up to her mistress in alarm and then casted a downright look.
" No, Your Highness. everything is just fine. " she replied in a low voice before looking at her mistress in alarm and looked straight and said no more.
" I told you not to call me Highness while we're out here, " Vakysha warned in a low voice.
Siofra looked around nervously wishing the human-elves weren't eavesdropping on their conversation.
" Forgive me Luna, I shouldn't have said that out loud, " said Siofra meekly.
Before the duo left the Palace of the Moon, Vakysha told her human-elf to call her nothing but Luna. So as not to arouse any suspicion.
Something must be going on inside her mind,
she wondered as she observed her human-elf. She shook her head and instead dismissed the thought.
Vakysha didn't ask anymore questions. That seemed to calm Siofra down, she noted.
The pair spent most of their morning strolling over busy, haggling human-elves in the stalls. They even witnessed an argument and a duel.
" I told you I ONLY HAVE 6 GLASS!! And you TOLD ME THAT YOU ACCEPT BARGAINS!! "
" But I never said the price of this precious Wolfsbane is s-six glass. "
" I don't care! I need that wolfsbane RIGHT NOW! "
Vakysha had to steer them away from the chaos and the pair continued to stroll.

After the stroll, Vakysha now decided to return to the castle. She adjusted her cloak and kept a straight and calm face so no one would suspect she was gone for hours.
" Do you think Mother knows? " she asked Siofra who was helping her adjust the hems of her day gown.
" I'm sure she doesn't Your Highness. " Siofra answered meekly still concentrating on the hems.
And that's where it happened.
Everything went pitch black for Vakysha.
Screams.
Running.
Hooves.
