Elements of Harmony (Part 2)

The screen opened with five terrified ponies screaming for their lives. However, the sound of laughter soon stopped them in their tracks as they turned toward the source.

"Huh?"

Before them, Pinkie Pie was giggling at one of the horrid faces and making a few goofy ones of her own in response.

"Ugh, what is wrong with her?!" Trixie called, finally reaching her limit with the pink pony's shenanigans.

"I think she's got a few loose screws, If you know what I mean." Diamond Tiara whispered to Silver Spoon, who let out a chuckle.

Pinkie frowned in response, a little hurt at her implication, which Rainbow Dash quickly picked up on.

"Hey! You better watch who you're talking about!" Rainbow Dash shouted, ready to lunge at Diamond Tiara.

"Don't lower yourself to her level." Sunset groaned.

Even though it wasn't said aloud, several students were thinking the same thing and wondering why the pink pony was acting so... crazy.

"It is quite... unsettling that someone can act like that in a situation like this." Vice-Principal Luna whispered to Principal Celestia. "Should we be worried about our Pinkie Pie?"

The principal paused for a moment, looked at the party girl, and then resumed her thought.

"I don't think we have to worry. When things appear to be dangerous, our Pinkie seems to be more aware... even if it's only a little."

Luna merely huffed.

"The fact we are currently trapped because of her makes me doubt that."

"Pinkie, what are you doing?! Run!" Twilight screamed.

"Oh, girls, don't you see?" Pinkie laughed before beginning to mark time with her hooves.

"Is that... music?" Rainbow Dash asked in confusion.

"It sounds like it." Fluttershy answered.

"Why would music suddenly play in the middle of the forest?" Rainbow Dash asked, confused alongside the rest of the students.

Sunset had a pretty good idea why and couldn't help but smile. Pinkie, too, had a big smile on her face.

"When I was a little filly and the sun was going down..." Pinkie began, much to the confusion/shock of the others.

"Tell me she's not..." Twilight asked, not believing what the pink pony was doing.

"What she said." Rainbow Dash said.

Almost everyone except Pinkie, couldn't believe what they were hearing.

"The darkness and the shadows, they would always make me frown..." Pinkie continued.

"She is." Rarity confirmed.

"She can't be serious..." Trixie groaned, facepalming.

"Oh, I think she is." Octavia replied, surprised. Vinyl, who was next to her, was bobbing her head to the beat of the music.

"I'd hide under my pillow, from what I thought I saw...

...but Granny Pie said that wasn't the way to deal with fears at all!" Pinkie sang, hopping around her friends.

"Then what is?" Rainbow Dash couldn't help but ask.

"She said, "Pinkie, you gotta stand up tall, learn to face your fears!
