Takemichi woke up feeling like jelly.
'Did I really do all that?? It was probably some crazy dream..'

Takemichi gets up.
It's been so long since he's been in his house.

He walks up the stairs to get to his bedroom.
'Was it actually real??'

Takemichi moved his left arm a bit.
"Ow.."
Whatever Rindou did to his arm definitely happened.

He walks into his bathroom and looks in the mirror.
There was a very small cut on his forehead.

It was most likely from falling head first on his patio.
If he fell asleep on his patio, the Haitani brothers took him inside.
Takemichi found that hard to believe.

He washed his face and put a bandaid on his cut.
After brushing his teeth he went back downstairs.

He got a pot and filled it with some water.
Takemichi was in the mood for some tea.
He added the spices and waited for the water to boil.

'I guess I'll watch some TV..'

*Sneeze*

Takemichi looked at his elbow, to find black mucus.

'The hell...'

He washed it off and went back to his TV.

Takemichi wasn't really paying attention to it, until he heard something like 'house on fire'.

Oh.

They were talking about him.

'So, I really did save Akane-san?'
Takemichi's lips were quivering.

He cried.
Takemichi almost dropped the pot.

He was on the floor wiping his tears, but more and more came.

He never thought he'd be able to save her. This means so much to Takemichi.
Inui can live normally, Koko will be happy.

He thought saving Shinichiro was to much to ask for.
He just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

"I did it..!"
His voice cracked.

It felt so good to know that he did something. But he has a long way to go.

Takemichi took a shower, and treated himself to some chocolate as a mini celebration.
Once he finished, he left the house.
There was a sticky note on his door that read,
"Your keys are under the rug."
In surprisingly neat hand writing.

*knock knock*

"MITCHY!!"
Mikey jumped on Takemichi.

Takemichi was sitting on the couch with Mikey clinging to him.

"Next time I won't let you leave like that."

"Did you have fun?"

Mikey looks at Takemichi.

"I guess, but it was boring without you."

"You're wearing the hoodie I got you?"

Mikey looks at his hoodie.

"I'm gonna wear it every day!"

Takemichi looked at the time.
'How's Mikey awake at 9:30am?!'
