He was leading her to the car, his hand on the small of her back threatening to move lower.

Though that alone was making her face heat up, she blushed even more as he stopped her in front of a black car, his hands going to her waist and chest pressing up against her back. His chin rested on her shoulder, and she thought back to the dance they shared at the concert. This made her lips part, and she could barely focus on the man getting out of the driver's side of the car.

The man was dressed in black robes, a black mask bore his face and hood rested on his head.

"This her? " The man asked, his voice was deep.

Val could feel the Ghoul nod.

"You know what to do. " Special Ghoul said, almost in a hush whisper.

Her brows furrowed in confusion, her attention went to Special Ghoul making the needle that went into her neck a sudden shock.

The world around her went fuzzy. Her limbs felt numb and heavy and the last thing she remembered was the world around her going black and finally-

Sleep.

She fell back into his arms, her body collapsed and the back of her head against his shoulder. From his view, looking down, cleavage teased his eyes.

But he tried to respect her, picking up her small frame and laying her gently in the back seat of the car.

"Precautions." Their driver said.

"Precautions." The Ghoul proceeded.

The rain was a light mist, gathering into a dew on his mask. He slid into the car next to her, laying her head in his lap. Lustful thoughts filled his mind, and he swore his blood was rushing down south when he looked at her head in his lap.

These thoughts subsided as he studied her face and something else came over him, in fact, his body melted.

She seemed so gentle, fragile, and beautiful asleep. Peaceful.

The Ghoul brushed her hair neatly away from her face. Her full lips parted.

The ride to the church was quiet. The Ghoul watched as the city turned to country, and hidden behind hills was one, of many, church locations. Since Touring was becoming more frequent, the clergy had decided they needed more available spaces to call home, thus churches around the world were built. All buildings identical so, no matter where they were, home always felt like home.

The driveway was long and narrow. Winding up a large hill. The sky was grey and cloudy, just how Special Ghoul liked it.

Touring was great, but the peace and quiet of home was what he needed sometimes. The stillness of the country side, the nature.

The church was a massive building, it looked as if it could touch the clouds.

Stone pathways led the driveway, massive, beautiful stairs led to the double doors. Greenery filled everywhere in between. Vines curling up the stone walls and stained-glass windows, green grass rolling in hill sides around the building.

You could hear seagulls crying in the background. Behind the church were cliffs and a stone path leading towards private beaches and the other direction led to woods.

"Do you need help carrying her in?" The driver asked as he parked the car (one of many,) in the driveway.

"No." The Ghoul snapped out of his trance. "She's light."

The scent of saltwater and Sea breeze tickled his nose immediately when he stepped out of the car. The Ghoul did a quick stretch before hoisting Valentine over his shoulder and carrying her inside.
