Chloe

I woke up to my alarm going off so I just got up switching it off before hoping into the shower getting ready for the day, I quickly applied some light make up before grabbing a fruit salad I made the night before before leaving my apartment to head to work

I parked in an empty parking space before walking into the building, "good morning Chloe" Rachel the receptionist said to me I smiled at her "good morning Rachel did you have a nice weekend?" I asked her "yeah it was nice the boys had a sleepover at my mums so I got the house to myself" she told me "you?" She asked me "I had Eve this weekend as Connor is on Dancing on ice still and he's doing so good and Lucy is there every weekend to support him so someone has to babysit" I replied

The day was busy with a lot of photo shoots and I was behind the camera the whole day, if it wasn't for clothing lines, or pregnancy shoots, it was families, so very busy I'm so glad I hired a few assistants to help me or else I'd be dying. Covid was in the process of going away it would always be around and I'm always taking precautions, keeping my distance, wearing my face mask even though they have been gone for a few weeks now

I was sitting in my office going over paper work for the last 2 hours of my shift letting my assistants take over giving them some experience I always have a senior assistant with them to make sure everything runs smooth I take on apprentices but theres only one my assistants started off as apprentices and they loved working here so I made 2 of my girls assistants earlier in the year after being on an apprentice wages for 2 years

My phone rang and it was my mum "hey mum sorry I can't talk for long as I'm at work" I told her "no worries I was just making sure that you were still coming with us this weekend to see Connor?" She asked "yeah of course I heard the boys were there last week?" I asked "yeah he was so excited to see them right well I'll leave you to it and we'll talk later" she told me "okay love you" I replied "love you too dear" she said

I was now home which I was so grateful for so I decided to run myself a bath and have a glass of wine to chill out yes I know former drug addict drinking but I only limit myself to one drink every 2 weeks and it works plus I never had a problem with alcohol, my phone went off and it was the group chat I had with the boys and Lucy so we were all just talking about our day

I was sitting in bed still talking in the group chat when someone knocked on my door so I got up and looked through the peep hole all I saw was curls I smiled lightly and opened the door "hi Bradley" I said moving out the way for him to come in "hey sorry for just stopping by I wanted to check in and see how you were doing" he said "at 9pm?" I asked "yeah well I was on my way back home and thought I'd stop by" he told me "well I'm glad you thought of me but I'm fine" I replied "you want a cuppa before you head home?" I asked "eh yeah if you wouldn't mind" he said I walked into the kitchen to fill up the kettle and out it on

"So what's been happening with you?" I asked "oh you know just been busy with getting ready for the Barcelona trip which are you coming?" He asked "um no I'm not I said to Con I'd watch Eve for them but maybe next time" I told him "was that sucks but I bet you're happy to babysit she's such a great kid" he replied "yeah I can't believe she'll be 3 this year it's scary how time has gone by so quickly" I told him he nodded

We had a mini catch up while drinking our cups of tea "right I better get home before Con wonders where I am but it was nice to see you" he said giving me a hug which I returned "see you soon Brad take care and tell Con I'll see him tomorrow" I said "will so night Chloe" he replied "night Brad" I said as he walked out the door and I locked it heading back to my bedroom and just went to sleep
