We walked for 30 minutes before finding all these what I thought was cute places for photos, I took a few of Brad which turned out pretty good and he liked them so when we get back I would put them on my laptop and send them to him, we walked around some more "it's 6.30 should we head back?" I asked "yeah we can pick up breakfast on the way" he told me, we walked to this little cafe that had just opened and that was just 5 minutes away from the flat we ordered 3 breakfast rolls and 3 cups of tea,

I paid then left "this morning was fun" Brad told me "yeah" I replied "oh I'll be going food shopping is there anything you like, don't like and any allergies?" I asked, we walked in the door and I was taking mental notes of what to get for the boys "where did you guys go?" Connor asked "on a walk and we brought back breakfast" I said taking the tea from Brad taking it into the kitchen quickly reheating everything I heard the boys talking "please she's my sister and she has a boyfriend" I heard Connor say even though he doesn't like Cody

"mate we just went for a walk, she wanted to take pictures and we both couldn't sleep" Brad explained "I get that I do, you're trying to be nice and get to know her which I appreciate but just don't fall for her" Connor said is he being for real "Con you don't get a say" I said they both stopped and looked at me "Con I get your looking out for me and I love that about you but you don't get to do that" I told him "that's like me telling Lucy she can't date you" I said "Lucy?" Brad asked with a smile taking all the seriousness away from the talk "who's Lucy?" He asked again "one if my best friends" I told him he just laughed "alright alright" Connor said walking away we laughed

"aw I think I embarrassed him" I said "he'll be fine" Brad replied and we ate breakfast, the boys left just after 8.30 so I was now alone, Connor left me his car keys as they went in Brad's car so I can go shopping which was great so I made a list of what I needed and threw out all the food because half of it was out if date, grabbed my purse and off I went. I was about an hour and I got a lot of food and started to place some of it in the cupboards, fridge and freezer when I got a text from Connor saying they would be home late "great" I replied

I grabbed the containers I bought and started meal prepping for me as well as the boys so I have everything for my dinner tonight and they have some too and I have their lunches and dinners prepped for tomorrow too since I was making it, my phone rang and I answered it "hello?" I said "hey it's me Con wanted to tell you not to make dinner for us and not to wait up either" Brad told me "okay that's fine, how is everything going?" I asked "it's alright you know the usual but anyways I have to go, Connor will text you bye" Brad said and hung up before I could even say bye so I put their dinner in the fridge and just kept mine out.

I decided to clean the flat to keep me busy when my phone rang I looked at the name and saw Cody so I answered it "hello?" I said "hello darling" he said "hey what's up?" I asked "open the door" he said I froze for a sec how did he know where Connor stayed he's never been here before or at least not to my knowledge "okay give me a sec" I said and hung up, I went to the door and opened it he just barged in "lets go" he said "um no I told you I would see you in a few days" I replied "we're leaving now" he said getting in my face "Cody the answer is no!" I yelled he gave me his cold stare "what did you say?" He said "I said no" I replied my voice shaking slightly he slapped me

"listen here you little bitch, you don't say no to me ever" he said in my ear "you understand?" He asked me I nodded holding my hand to my face, he went to the spare room and I followed him watching him pack my stuff "please let me stay I haven't seen my brother in ages" I said he turned to me "you're sleeping with him aren't you?" He asked "you know Connor is my brother" I replied "the other one!" He yelled "Brad?" I asked "yeah him" he spat "I'm not sleeping with him he's just a friend I see him like a brother" I replied "I'm sure that's all you see him as you little slut!" He yelled

"I'm not" I said "well you're just boring since the day I met you and you don't satisfy my needs" he spat "are you cheating on me?" I asked him feeling hurt "oh boo hoo for you yes I am sleeping with girls" he replied "girls? Who many has there been?" I asked "that's none of your business!" He yelled I just looked at him in shock

Cody just walked passed me placing my bags at the door "come on then" he said "no" I replied he gave me that same look from a few minutes ago "I'm not leaving" I said again in a shaky voice he walked closer to me and I took a step back "what did I say?" He asked "to not say no" I whispered he pushed me onto the bed and pinned me down "do I have to teach you a lesson?" He asked removing his belt "no" I muttered "well I'm going to teach you anyways" he said undoing his trousers "no please don't" I cried as he started to undo mine "get off me!" I yelled he hit me "shut up" he replied "help!" I screamed I heard the front door open "Chloe?" I heard Brad call Cody placed his hand over my mouth

As I mumbled out help I bit his hand "Brad!" I screamed he came into my room "get off her" he said pushing Cody away from me I scrambled off the bed and ran over to him "you okay?" He asked I nodded while crying "yo you guys here?" I heard Connor ask "in here" Brad replied

Connor walked in and saw me then Cody and his face changed "what the fuck is this?" He asked he went to go for Cody but Brad held him back "go" I told Cody "I'm not going anywhere" he said "too right you're not" Con replied and called the police. The police arrived to take Cody away "you'll regret this" he warned me, they had to take my clothes for evidence so Brad gave me some of his old clothes

"you're safe now" Con said hugging me as I cried in his arms, the police took my statement at the back if the ambulance while they were were checking my bruises on my face as well as my new scars I got before going on my holiday so while the boys talked to the police I asked the medic not to say anything about the scars but it was fare to say Connor was pissed and pissed at me for staying with someone like that for this long "I'm so sorry" I told them "it's okay" Connor said not letting me go.

The other boys arrived not long after I had been checked over, Connor and Brad filled them both in and we had a group hug and we all went back inside the apartment nothing was taken he only wanted me "who was that guy?" James asked "someone I dated" I replied "his name is Cody we dated for about four years but things went south when we moved in together" I started to tell them everything.

"he was abusive mentally and physically" I told them I lifted up my top to reveal my ribcage  "this is where he cut me because I refused to sleep with him" I told them "this one on my back was where he broke my shoulder because I attended one of your concerts to support Connor, the hospital put it back in place but because of how badly he broke it I had to get pins in my shoulder so I have the scar from the operation" I said

"and this well this was because I said no and wouldn't leave with him and well not only did I get a beating he tried to rape me" I added they looked at me with sad eyes "that's why you missed a few shows of our UK tour" James said to Con "you missed shows for me?" I asked him he nodded now I felt horrible I didn't get to see much of my family being in hospital because I was in therapy a lot and talking to the police and I didn't want to see them because I was ashamed "now there is a restraining order out against him as well as attempted rape and domestic assault" I added "you didn't have to tell us" Brad said "I wanted to because I trust you" I replied "and again I'm so sorry for ruining your day" I said "don't be stupid your safety will always come first "Connor said giving me one last hug.
