Chapter 8

Chloe

It was after the show and we were back on the bus I was in my little room bit when Connor came in "you were amazing" he said all happy and proud I smiled at him "it should be me telling you that" I replied, he sat down "I have something for you" I told him handing him my sobriety chip he looked at me a bit confused "you were right I broke it so I need to earn them back as well as your trust" I told him

"listen I love you okay? You're my little sister and I want what's absolutely best for you and I appreciate you doing this and being honest with me so keep them for now and if you feel like you're struggling then I'll help you" he said handing it back to me "now get some sleep" he said I nodded and got settled down and closed my eyes.

It was now a few weeks later since the tour and I had the best time but I'm glad to be home, I was just chilling in my room watching Netflix "I made dinner you hungry?" Connor asked from my door "not at the moment but leave me some and I'll heat it up later" I told me he nodded and left, my phoned buzzed and it was the group chat so we all called and again talked for a few hours just catching up "you should all come over for a few days and we can have a night out" I said "I miss our girls nights" I added "that would be nice" Grace said "but you will have to get a hotel we don't have the room at the flat" I told them

"hey are you going to invite Hannah?" Emma asked "Em I hate her" I answered "she's not that bad" Emma replied "she's fine with you because she's your other bestie but we hate each other, look if you to come out with us for a bit then go she her then that's fine" I told her "okay we can arrange something" she replied, we talked for a little bit longer then I got ready for bed not even realising the time

There was a knock on my door "come in" I said and Brad walked in with a plate of food "Con told me to give you this" he said handing me the plate "thanks I completely forgot" I admitted "thought so, not that it's any of my business but are you sure you're okay?" He asked me "yeah fine thanks" I answered he nodded and left me alone I ate my dinner of what I could and got up to put the plate in the sink.

I grabbed a glass and filled it with water before taking a sip and looking out the kitchen window, I sighed and walked out turning off the light and heading into the living room I placed my water down went back to my room to grab my camera and took some picture from the window "can't sleep again?" I heard Brad ask I smiled still facing the window I turned round to see him standing in the door way without a shirt so I took a picture of him "hey that's not fair" he said I laughed we got really close on tour even if it was just a few shows in the UK, I got close with all of them but Brad especially which Connor didn't mind I guess he was happy we got on because we live together.

"I've always wanted to ask" he said walked forward into the room "why do you hate Hannah?" He asked clearly hearing my conversation with my friends earlier "she stole my carnival photo shoot idea and some of my camera gear" I answered "that's not very nice" he said sitting next to me "that's just who she is though" I replied and went back to looking out the window

We talked for about 10 more minutes "well I'm gonna go to bed and I think you should do the same" he told me I got up and we walked out together and Brad's room was before mine "thanks" I said facing him "any time remember if you need to talk I'm a great listener" he said I nodded and kissed his cheek and walked to my room "good night Chloe" he said I turned back to face him "good night Bradley" I replied he smiled and walked into his room I walked into mine and put my camera away before walking back out.

I opened Connor's door carefully "C you okay?" He asked sitting up "can't sleep" I replied "what's on your mind?" He asked "nothing I just can't get to sleep" I answered "come here" he said patting the space next to him I pulled back the covers and got in the bed "you wanting to watch a film?" He asked me I nodded I got comfy and Connor put on the Avengers, half way through the film my eyes got heavy and I just let sleep take over.
