(Mind communication)

You should have seen the look on their face eunwooa they were beyond shocked to see this little magic I displayed...

"it's because you are so great your Majesty"(he was the messenger bird in ch-6)

Hmmm that's true, Anyways get things ready in the castle we are right outside

" I am on it your Majesty you can bring them in".

Hmmm good.

Time skip

Walking through what looked like the city
"so you're telling me he's the king??
Why was no one aware of all this??"

"y/n you know that no one, no longer mentions the kingdom of Ceraera, and neither has anyone ever stepped foot on this land in 20 years" Jhope walks side by side.

"wasn't it because the wizard from this kingdom had betrayed the treaty?"

" We can't be so sure about that y/n after all we weren't there to witness it so we can't come to any conclusion now" The city was rather bustling with people.

"but didn't the people of this kingdom leave long ago? I never heard that there was a new king who took over?"

"y/n it's- " Everyone stops in their tracks and y/n bumps into jhope

"Ouch" 

Taehyung turned around and smiled as he stood over the podium everyone gazing at him "Everyone welcome to the kingdom of Ceraera i am sure you're all still shocked about all of this, we can discuss this all in the conference hall, I'm sure you're all tired and hungry let's head in, shall we? " I said feeling all proud. As a smile crept up my face

"Whoa I'm getting those creeps again" 
Jhope glances at y/n before walking along

I turn around again and start walking As I see the castle approaching eunwoo standing in front of the gates nods and walks inside

we reached inside and started walking over the stairs right in the front I looked at the portrait on the side of the wall and smiled to myself "I have missed her so much" I thought to myself

Y/n's pov

I looked over at the kin- I mean Taehyung he was staring at the portrait on the wall and I looked at it as well it was hard to miss. I could see Taehyung sitting on the thrown ohh that's one diamond shining on his crown but what caught my attention was a woman's hand on his shoulders, that's when I realized the portrait was covered with curtains they made sure you could only see taehyung, but that woman, her hair, I could see some strokes of the brush that beautifully show her hair which were fiery red.

I looked back at Taehyung was he- smiling? No wait did I see wrong.. his smile seemed so sad and bitter, and when he turned away and continued to walk I felt his back looked so lonely is it only me who noticed that?

Out of curiosity, I asked Jhope

" Hey by the way is he married? "

"who tae? w.. why do you ask? "

"  I am just curious why"

"(you're curious about the weirdest things) It's better if you don't ask about that."

" Hmm is it her the WomAn in the pOrtrAit? "

Ahh sh*t I realized I was too loud because as soon as I said that not only everyone else but Taehyung. himself turned around and looked right at me
