*song for this chapter: All I want by Kodaline. The original even though jems did a cover and it's beautiful. But the original has a certain vibe to it that I like.*

I walked through the alley, hands in my pocket and thoughts cramming my brain. There was only a few stars dotted on the black canvas that was the sky. When I reached the huge gates, I pulled my hood up and picked my pace up. When I reached my destination I just sat in silence. The only thing accompanying me were my thoughts. I stared blankly at the name a metre or two in front of me. The words blurred as tears rimmed my eyes. I looked up at the sky in an effort to keep my tears in. It failed and I angrily wiped away my tears roughly. The hot tears prickled against the cold skin on my cheeks as I sat in the middle of a deserted graveyard longing to feel. I don't know what I wanted to feel, though. Just... something.

"Fyn?"
I woke to the sound of a timid voice behind the door. I mumbled in response and heard the door creak open. I felt the left side of the bed dip down and a warm but shivering present press against my back.
"Mummy's crying again."
"Nads she's okay. You're okay. We're okay." I murmured kissing her head.
"Okay." she giggled. Now that it was silent, I could mother crying in the next room. I pulled Nadia closer to my chest and ran my fingers through her slightly knotted hair.
Mother was no longer crying and the whole house was silent. I could feel the world get more distant as I drifted into a peaceful slumber.

"Nads hurry up!"
I had to take Nadia to school because mother was still asleep. I would have no problem with this if we weren't 25 minutes into school time already.
Her little legs ran down the stairs with barely an audible sound following her movements. I literally pushed her out of the door and got the car keys from the table next to the door. I locked the door behind me and ran out to the car. I put her into the car seat and got into the drivers side.

I pulled into school 15 minutes later and had to got to reception. Again. Once I signed in I headed to the study room. Since I was in sixth form I had one lesson today, which I had missed, so I went to the study room. I bet you're wondering why I didn't just go home. It's because home isn't really home and is more a place that I live. No love. Ever since the accident we don't really get on as a family. I get on with Nadia but that's because she's four and doesn't understand what happened because she was literally a year old when the accident happened.
I logged onto the computer and typed in her name.
Grace Johnson. A picture loaded up with her and Chloe, her best friend.
"Why the fuck is she on your screen?"
