Only the dictators that run the corrupt countries, their either running the country or ruining it for example when the bombs fell in 2077, its always the same, some new "faction" is introduced in this god forsaken wasteland. If one things for sure if you want to live as if the bombs didn't drop, if you want a new life or ever wondered what life was like before the bombs, come to the New California Republic, but be willing to sell your soul away. Big corporate greed takes over the harsh wastelands, caps are a form of currency, the NCR have made a new currency, they re-introduced the dollar bill, and it was all thanks to this war, heh war, funny that with the enclave gone more raiders showed up, and the brotherhood was expanding, the NCR want to make the wasteland safe again, but to do that they would have to take out the brotherhood, this would spark out rage and will start a big war, heh there it is again, war, Because war... War Never Changes.
