*sorry guys I've been super busy with exams and school so I might update a bit slow*
Bucky's POV
I stood in front of Sam's door. I probably should knock. That's what normal people did right?
Hell. Who was I to be talking about "normal people"? I was a 100+ year old HYDRA turned assassin, I was far for "normal".Before I could plunge into my thoughts, I raised my right hand to knock-
And then it opened. Sam Wilson was a few centimeters from my face, dressed in a new pair of tight fitting sweat pants and a dark maroon t-shirt. The sun filtered through the windows behind his door, hitting him from behind making him look angelic. If a halo appeared over his head I wouldn't even question it but wow. Just- wow. I couldn't tell if I was blinded by the sunlight or his sheer god-like beauty. These thoughts spun in my head and I cursed my own brain for being so...cheesy. Cringe was a word I'd heard now a days.
My face painted crimson immediately. Why did he have to look so hot?
I ducked my face down, sweet Mary mother of Jesus this was embarrassing.
I managed to stutter out words, still not looking up. "H-Hey."
"Hey?" I could feel his eyes on me. "What are you doing here...?"
My brain couldn't function to make sentences, or even words at all, so I took a tentative step back.
He laughed at my antics but waited, leaning in the doorway for an answer."I um well I was just wondering what you were doing I don't really know what to do around here..." my voice sounded shaky, that was a new experience.
"Well...I was gonna go train a bit with Steve and Nat if you wanna come?" His voice was kind. It made me suspicious, nobody was ever that kind?
"Sure. I'll grab some sweatpants from my room and meet you in the kitchen. Plus, you still owe me a tour!" I tried to sound less cliche and dodgy then what I prayed I heard myself say.
Sam simply smiled. My heart slowed down, trying to slow the moment in general to see that smile forever.
"Ok I'll be right back." I sped away. The sound of my feet hitting the floor was trying to race faster than my speeding heart. Niether worked so by the time I'd closed my door I was trying to simply calm everything my body down. What was this? It was close to a panic attack but this was...different?Sam's POV
There was a super soldier standing in my doorway.Scratch that. There was a handsome ass sexy lookin' ex-assassin CYBORG standing in my doorway.
When I opened the door he looked like a tomato.
Apparently he was embarrassed, though I didn't know why, but it was still hilarious to see him so uncomfortable.
He said he'd be back. But the poor man looked like he was walking away to go have a quick heart attack.
Either way I waited in the kitchen. Steve had texted me to meet him and Nat in the training room for a little combat stuff. I asked them if Bucky could join us and Nat almost immediately agreed.I was trying to pretend I was scrolling through my phone when he walked in.
A man to his word, he had changed into sweatpants, but had kept his long sleeve t-shirt. I don't know how he was wearing all that I mean I was getting hot just standing.
He had a ghost of a smile on his face as we walked to the elevator.
Once we stepped in the elevator, I pressed two to go to the training room. I heard a heavy sigh and looked to the man beside me. He looked pale, almost scared.
