In victorian London, the country is run by steam. IT has become a technological revolution as the steam powered machinery has turned the country into the worlds greatest super power. It is ruled by a man called, the Clockmaker. He controls everything from machinery, to his own army.
Mary Watson, is the daughter of an english noble and one of the decedents of the King of England. She has been arranged to marry the Clockmaker, so he can become king and the family can retain political power. She refuses to go through with the marriage and tells her parents that she wont do it. One day while walking home she is jumped by a group of men who work for her father. Angry with her daughter's arrogance, he orders her to marry the Clockmaker. But a teenage boy catches what is going on and fights off Mary's father and his men.
He fights them off with incredible strength and speed, and saves Mary. He takes her to his home, away from her father where she will be safe. He takes her to Big Ben, the old clock tower and the only artifact from old England. She thanks ben, and explains what had happen. Ben listens and agrees to help her get out of England.
The two plan on getting out via an old port in Plymouth. They nearly make on one of the cargo ships but are caught by three large
automatons. Ben fights them off, revealing that he is actually a half human half machine created by the Clock Maker and that he wants revenge for what he did to him. Mary decides to stay and help liberate England from the control of the Clockmaker.
The travel around the country liberating England from the Clockmaker. Destroying factories and his machines. They eventually return to London and attack the facilities there, and confront the Clockmaker. Ben engages in a fierce battle with Clockmakers mech, while Mary heads to the generator to destroy the facility. During the fight, the Clockmaker reveals that ben is the hi son. Ben is nearly defeated, but Mary rushes in and shots the clockmaker in the bak of the head. With the Clockmaker killed, Mary is crowned queen of England and returns England to the peaceful and beautiful country it was.
