Girls are the only one able to use magic it's been that way since the fall of meriln. Ever since the fall of Merlin witches have controlled the forces of magic, and defend the world from darkness. In order to keep balance between the world of men and witches, a group of the strongest witches were tasked with defending the world of man from the forces of darkness and withches, they were called the Three Fates.
Matt Harper is a computer programer who doesn't believe in fairy tales, his only interests are technology and the real world. He is great with computers, parcore, martial arts, and likes to cook. He has bright green eyes that give him the impression of a dragon, he has been nicknamed the Dragon master. Then one day he starts to see things. He discovers the tear, a opening in the fabric of the universe that allows the world of science to see the world of magic. He is then chased down by monsters from the opposite univers, but luckily the The three fates rescue him but are unable to defeat them. Suddenly Matt summons a dragon, a spell that is considered impossible. He is also able to use different spells and deafest the monsters.
He then discovers that he is the reincarnation of merlin, and the only male to use magic. The three quickly bring him to their hideout in the ruins of camelot, and the stable gate way between the worlds of magic and science. The team introduces themselves and whats going on Long ago merlin split earth into two worlds the one of science and magic, but over time the power of darkness has created tears in the fabrics of the world, and that it's the destiny of the only wizard to fix it. At firs matt believes this all to be a scam, but soon starts to understand. He runs away and is attacked by his sister who is a witch, she tries to kill him and the fates rush to save him. He then accepts whats going and helps the fates. He summons his dragon and defeats his sister becoming a member of the fates.
He is trained in different forms of magic, and taught the history of the magic world. Throughout the series he discovers that he can summon a different dragon for different element and master the different forms of magic. Though matt notices that his spells look like computer animations. One day the fates encounter another who can summon gollums, they have a hard time defeating them but at the last second matt does something unexpected. He copies the opponent's magic and fights back with mechanical dragons. They then learn that he is the last Dragon Master, a human that is able to use dragon magic. And that he is also half dragon and half human. Togeather the fates led by Matt deafeat the forces of darkness and the reincarnation of morgana (King Arthur's sister), who is matts sister and bring balance to the world.
