Aron is the most unpopular kid in high-school. He attends bishop England, a Catholic high school in the small community of Dainle Island SC. Aron is called a loser by everyone, he doesn't care. He liked to keep to himself, less conversations. Then one day, their ELA teacher assigns a class project. Aron is forced to work with a partner, but fate has it out for him. He is partnered with Jane Mcalester, one of the most popular girls in school.
Aron and Jane are forced to work together, the two don't get off so well. As they are working on the project in the library, they get into an argument and Jane storms off. Unknown to her she drops an old story book from her bag. Aron opens the book to find it completely blank, and decides to keep it. But he soon discovers that this book isn't any ordinary book. What ever Aron writes or draws in the book becomes real.
Jane soon learns about it and tries to take it. But Aron keeps it, and the two start to become freidns. Jane also learns why the book didn't work for her was because it must be a amazing story, and the drawings must look real. Together the two have miss adventures with the book and create mischief in their small town.
