CHAPTER 6

"You're like a baby. Making noise. Don't know what to do." Neytiri said annoyed to Jake. She rolled her eyes as she said it.

I don't know how we got here Jake being on the floor Neytiri with a bow against his throat. And I'm just awkwardly standing there.

"Easy, shhh." He said to her as that only made her madder. He slowly got up as she moved her bow.

"Why did you not kill me?"

"Why not kill you?"

"Yes"

"You have a strong heart. No fear. But stupid! Ignorant like a child."
Jake scoffed at that. I rolled my eyes at him following Neytiri as she began to walk.

"Well if I'm like a child then... look maybe you should teach me."

"Sky people  cannot learn. Her maybe," she said nodding to me. "You no. You do not see."

"Well then teach me how to see."stated jake.  As he jogged to keep up with us.

"No one can teach you how to see."

"Look, come on cant we talk? Say where'd you learn to speak English? Dr. Augustine's school?" As he jogged to catch up he began to tumble over the slippery log almost falling definitely to his death.

"You're like a baby" she sighed and began muttering curses in na'vi under her breath.

"I need your help" he whispered to her.

"You should not be here."

"Amen" I said randomly. They both turned to look at me and I shrugged. Before beginning to walk the direction we were going in.

"Okay, take me with you." He said ignoring me.

"No! Go back. Only she come."

"What's so special about her!" I chuckled nervously.

"I am right here." I said acting as if I was wounded by clutching my heart. They ignored me again go figure.

"No" Jake said again. Before Neytiri pushed him back and began speaking in na'vi.

"Go back" she said in English her face scrunched in anger.

"Uh guys" I said as I pointed to the white looking floating jellyfish. Jake tried to hit one as it got close before Neytiri quickly scolded him for it.

They quickly began to land on jake and I. I felt like I was surrounded but from what jake did I wouldn't dare hit them or even touch them for that matter.

"What.." jake started but I shushed him which caused him to glare at me to which blew him a kiss. He just rolled his eyes.

"What are they?"

"Seeds of the sacred tree, very pure spirits"

"Uh-huh" I hummed. Neytiri chuckled slightly. As they all finished landing she had a smile on her face. They quickly took off after though.

"What was that all about?" Jake questioned. Neytiri just began to whisper in na'vi.

"Come" she said motioning is to follow her.

"Where are we going?" Jake questioned.

"Where do you think numb nuts, her clan." He rolled his eyes at me.

"You've been hanging out with Grace too much." Now it was my turn to roll my eyes.  As we continued to run it wasn't long before I heard what sounded like clacking. Horse clacking. 

I stopped as jake continued to run.

"Wait-" I started but didn't get to finish as my back collided with what felt like was a wall. I began to hear hooting and hollering but I quickly felt someone tie my hands behind my back before I could process it.

"Calm people, calm." Neytiri yelled. I was thrown over someone shoulder and could barely move as I felt a pinch in my arm. A needle.  I tried my hardest to wiggle free. Something this man was not prepared for was a private kick.

As I kicked him in the area. I used my feet to grab my knife and use it to cut myself free. I was still in the trees so I jumped down and got in front of jake ready to take on anyone. I hissed as I had my knife out.

I heard multiple gasps most likely because of my hair. I saw one of the men get off there horses?

"What are you doing, tsu'tey?" Neytiri said in a deeper voice hissing at him.

"These demons are forbidden here."

"There has been a sign." She said aggressively. "This is a matter for the Tsahik." He looked angry at that.

"Bring them." The man I assume was tsu'tey. I hissed at the people approaching me.

"I can walk on my own." I said angrily I hated when people touched me.
