Kang set off with Jiang Chen and Lan Wanji. I hope they find my brother.
After a while of helping Yanli with the Sick and Injured, I needed space from socialization. I stood in my room for a few minutes. I opened the door.
I came face to face with Kang. I smiled. "he's home" Kang nodded. I felt overwhelming relief and happiness. Knowing my brother is safe.
"Thank you" I smiled hugging him. He slowly hugged back hesitant. I released him.
"Where is he" I asked happily. He pointed me off to my brother. I ran towards the room.
"Wei Ying!" I called running into the room. He jumped up running over to me.
"Tian" Wei Ying stated. looking at my eyes filling with tears. I felt my eyes also water. I hugged him happy he came back to me.
I sat beside Kang who tends to always have dinner alone. Even when invited by other clan leaders. I started eating with him.
"I should warn you Wei Ying is not the same as he was" Kang warned me. Drinking some wine.
"What do you mean" I rose an eyebrow.
"Something's changed" Kang went on. I looked out the window. Before looking back at him.
"My brother I'm sure has been through a lot, He just returned home" I reasoned. Kang nodded not fully agreeing.
