The moonlight 🌙

                    -Steven's POV-
I walk down the stairs to y/n's flat and say " that went good right? Yea that went good!"
And I get in my car and drive home.
I arrive to my house and I open my door to my flat and remove the tape from my door and walk in. I head over to Gus and feed him for the night.
I put all my stuff up and head to my bathroom to take a shower.
After I have taken my shower, I look in my mirror and see my reflection but it's looking at me differently.
I jump at the sight and turn on the lights and he disappears but then the lights start to flicker on and off so I decide to run outside of my room and to the elevator and see a giant bird mummy with a staff chasing me and I am running for my life and run straight into the elevator to get to the ground floor but an elderly lady came in and I started to freak out cause I saw the bird inside but then she says "are you alright?" I say "hmm? Yea yea I'm just looking for my contacts i umm lost them" and then she took me back to the top floor and I saw the bird again so I took the elevator to the bottom floor and ran out into the road until he left so I call y/n and she picks up and I say "hey y/n/n ummm can I sleep at your place tonight I know I just left but umm I am uh kinda got locked out so..." she says "of course! Do you have the key?"
I say "uh no i umm lost it I guess, I'll look for it tomorrow when I head back"

                  - end of POV-

Steven knocks on y/n's door and she opens and he says "y/n I'm so sorry to bother you but I didn't know where else to go and I didn't want to disturb my mum" y/n says "Stevie, it's alright" and gently grabs his hand.
Steven looks down at their hands and blushes. Y/n says "you can sleep on the couch if you want" and smiles softly at Steven.
Steven just nods and gets situated on the couch and acts like he's going asleep to sleep because y/n didn't know about his sleep disorder and nightmares.
