My Failing Soul

(you pov)

When I was waking I felt pain.  . .  . .why was I feeling pain?  The pain grew worse and I try to scream, yet I can't.  I grew weaker and weaker. What was happening?
I can feel weight about me, but I couldn't move. Suddenly I hear a door opens and the weight is lifted and the pain stopped. I was to weak to do anything but open my eyes a little. I see Sebastian jump out the window after another pair of feet. I pass out darkness surrounded me.

(c/n pov)

Father was explaining to me that Ciel was not allowed to touch me sexually. I nod, " he has only kissed me father." "I guess that is fine, " he said softly. " I hug him, " so you are letting us be together? " "I cannot stop him, if he wants you he would just order me away. I want to protect you and your mother. You need to-, " he suddenly stops his hands fly to his chest suddenly looking in pain. He runs off headed in the direction of his and mothers room. "Father, " I try to run after him but Ciel stopped me. "Something is not right, " he said, he had barley came in when my father stopped.  Ciel pulls me close as we hear Sebastian shout my mother's name. Suddenly we hear foot steps go off in a direction then it was followed by Sebastian. "Mother," I cry and run to the room dragging Ciel with me. We got to the room to find my mother on the bed and a delicious scent fill the air. I get closer to her only to see her looking pale and tired. There was a healing bite mark on her uncovered shoulder. That delicious scent was my mother's soul.  . . .  . .

(Ciel pov)

(C/n) suddenly turns to me hitting my chest as she crys, " I thought demonic souls couldn't be devoured! " "They can't, " I tell her grabbing her hands and holding them as tears slide down her cheeks ," but you and your mother carry half a demonic gene meaning you have a human soul." I couldn't bear to see her unhappy as she crys and it soon turns to sobs. "I-is she g-going to be a-alright, " she asks. "I don't know, " I let her hands go and I go to her mother's side. (y/n) was already out as I sit on the bed softly and I gently touch her neck trying to feel a pulse. At fist I felt nothing making me fear the worse, but then I felt a slow weak pulse. (y/n) was still alive and had some of her soul. (Y/n)'s soul was trying to heal. After an half an hour Sebastian comes back and goes to (y/n)s side. He checks as well, but I then see him begin to cry. "Is this weakness I am seeing, " I asked. "Her soul won't heal with the amount that is left," he strokes (y/n)'s hair and I nod understanding. I pull (c/n) into my arms as she sobs hard not wanting to lose her mother , I knew what she was going through and I can feel a ghost pain in my heart. I hold her close .

(Sebastian pov)

Hours passed and I had Ciel take (c/n) away, and he didn't argue. I stroke (y/n)'s hair softly as tears freely slide down my cheeks. "Why do you do this to me, " I asked her, " how do you manage to get hurt when I try to protect you? " (y/n)'s eyes flutter a little and I get closer. "It's the contract isn't it, " I ask softly, " the contract puts Ciel before my family.  . . . . it shouldn't be that way. " "Sebastian, " Ciel said holding the door open and his voice was masked with power, but I knew he was desperate to help his mate, " this is an order, save your family before me and not till I say to stop. " I bow my demonic eyes I knew were glowing, " yes my lord." Ciel leaves closing the door. I quickly turn to (y/n) as I feel her about to wake.  "(y/n) ," I say softly as I stroke her face. Her eyes open and looks at me.  "What happened," she asked.

(Sebastian pov still)

"Hannah had tooken most of your soul, " I try to say softly but my voice is filled with rage and sorrow, " your soul can't maintain your body in a couple hours you will die." "Take it, " she said losing energy,"take the rest of my soul Sebastian so I won't part with you." "No, " I said determined ," I can get it back. " "Please Sebastian, " tears slide down her cheeks, " Sebastian please just  take it. " This argument went on for a while. Till she finally said, " if you love me you will do it. " Her souls scent was in the air still. I knew my eyes were glowing red. "I will make a contract with you, " finally said.

(Ciel pov) 

I went to (c/n)'s room to find her hugging a pillow in a death grip as things flew around the room. I go to her grabbing the books as they fly past me like nothing. Everything went slow when things flew.  I set the stuff near the bed as I sat on the bed.  "He is going to make a contract with her, " (c/n) said deep in thought. "More in likely, " I said pulling her close. I felt Sebastians mark light up and I knew he had made a contract. I hold (c/n) even closer as she realized. "He can't take her soul, " she crys trying to get away to save her," let me go!  Let me go! " She was sobbing as she trys to get way even hitting and biting me. I didnt let her go,  she shouldn't have to see her mother's soul being devoured. (C/n) was screaming now trying to get away and I try to calm her down.  I kiss her head softly as she gives up trying to get away. "You don't need to see what he is doing, " I said softly. Sebastian comes in looking normal, but I knew he was masking the pain of devouring the rest of his mates soul . I let (c/n) go and she rushes for the door. Sebastian stopped her getting on his knees hugging her tightly. "She is not their anymore, " he said softly. "Their is always a body, " she crys," you told me there is always a body!  I want to see her!  I want to say goodbye! "  Sebastian looks like he was in pain. "Not this time love, " he said softly, " this time the body couldnt maintain its self. " (C/n) froze and I wanted to go to her. "W-what happened, " she asked crying harder. "She is ashs ," he said holding a small gold vile up for her to see. She takes the vile and hugs it as she crys harder. Sebastian hugs her tightly and I take a step to her but stop.  She needed her father right now not me. I watch with pain as (c/n) cry's with her father. "Sebastian I thought I told you to put your family first, " I try to mask my pain but I failed, " I order you to get the rest of (y/n)'s soul back ." "Yes my lord, " he said stroking (c/n)'s hair. He picks her up and places her on the bed. "I will watch over her, " I told him and he glared a little," I promise not to do anything as they would say "funny" I can a sure you. " I don't know if he believed me or not but he left.  (C/n) was falling asleep from crying to hard. I stroke her hair softly, " go to sleep (c/n) ,and hopefully we will have your mothers soul back. Mabye she will be back when you wake. You need your rest." "I don't want to go to sleep, " she whispered. "Why, " I asked. "Will my soul be devoured like my mother's, " she asked, " will you lose me? " "I promise you won't lose you, " I said softly, " I am here to watch over you. You need your rest (c/n)." She stares at me as she goes deep in thought. I watch her waiting and soon her eyelids become to heavy. She falls asleep hugging the vile tightly. I look closely at the vile not touching her. I go to Sebastians room to see (y/n) body in bed. "Liar, " I whispered knowing well that (y/n)'s soul wasn't in her body. I close the door locking it so (c/n) couldn't go in with me hearing. I then go back to the room and sit in the closet corner of the room watching (c/n) sleep. How would I be if I lost her?

(Hannah pov)

Memory : "I want you to do me a favor, " Claude said before the whole contract with Alois. "Anything, " I looked at him. "If anything happens to me ever, " he said grabbing my hands," promise me you will devour my sisters soul. Sebastian will come after you but you got to promise." "I promise, " I said softly my love for him I have been trying to hide. He smiles a little, something that was rare but sent shivers down my spine. He leaves to tend to Alois who was in bed but had woke up screaming. I watch as he leaves me. I didnt like him being around Alois, nether did his brother. I place my hand over my mouth knowing we would be together like a happy family.

Now: I sat in a tree taking a rest after running on foot. (Y/n)'s soul was giving me more energy than I needed, but my demonic body was not used to all this running. "Now look at your self one happy family alright, " I frown knowing it wasn't as true as I had thought, but then I feel Alois and his brothers soul were happy making me smile.  "My my someone is in trouble, " I heard a voice below. I jumped out of the tree in time for a chainsaw to rip through the same branch I had been resting on. "Grell what are you doing, " I asked standing on another branch. Grell smiles holding on to the tree. " I want her soul, " Grell said smiling, " Sebby would do just anything for that soul. " I dodge yet another blow. I land on the grown and Grell followed. "You will not take this soul from me, " I said in a firm voice. "Oh but you didn't make a contract, " Grell looks at me not blinking, " you stole it and it is already bound to a demon ." "What do you mean, " I asked. "You left part of the soul you left to early and it gave Sebastian enough time to form a contract with his mate, " Grell trys to strike but I move. "This soul is mine, " I glare at Grell as I then kick Grell in the chest. Grell went flying back into trees taking 9 trees with. It was just enough and I run. Now I had Grell after me, why did Claude want her soul so badly.  My eyes glow as a thought crosses my mind. He wants her, he wanted her from the start. The spider web in which he left behind could mean that he knew I was going to form a contract. Had he known all this time and was acting the part. I growl as I push my demonic body to run faster. "Claude you bastard, " I say under my breath as I feel (y/n)'s soul giving me power.
