Abir's peaceful sleep was distrubed by a phone call from one of the departmental head from office, peeping through one eye he looked at the caller ID and then at the time, it's 4 in the morning ...
While groaning he picked up the call...
"Bolo Pranav..."

"Sir, can you hear me..."

"Yes pranav..."

"Hello... sir, Am I audible..."

"Pranav.. yes.." he spoke in stern voice while trying to control the displeasure which is piling inside due to disturbances in his sleep

"Sir.. aapki awaaz nahi aa rahi hai"

"Par mujhe aa rahi hai, speak whatever you want to.."

"Hello sir..."

Abir sighing helplessly got up from the bed, he is disturbing him early morning but controlled himself for not loosing temper on him as it may be something urgent that Pranav called him at this time...

"Pranav wait a second, mein apne room se bahar jata hoon..." in half sleepy state he moved out of his room and reached in the balcony...

"Pranav ab meri awaaz aa rahi hai... Now speak"

"Sir..."

"Yes..."

"Sorry"

"Why..." Abir yawned

"Mujhe aapki awaaz starting se aa rahi thi.."

"What .."

"Sorry sir, mujhe dare mila tha, Kunal sir ya aapko call karna tha aur pareshan karna tha, I chose you..."

"What.. time toh dekho, pranav are you High"

"No sir, we were playing truth and dare..."

"At this time ?"

"Sir hume neend nahi aa rahi thi..."

"Kon hume aur yeh kya baat hui, ab so nahi rahe aur pura din office mein neend neend karte rahoge... Tum office mein aao tumhe sabak sikhata hoon"

"Sir, but I am on vacation, meine Kunal sir se chhutti li hai do din ki, me and my friend are not in Mumbai..."

"Toh fir Kunal ko hi call karna chahiye tha na mujhe kyun..." He asked in angry voice

"Kyunki mein apni job nahi khona chahta tha..."

"Tumhari job ko toh abhi bhi khatra hai..." He spoke in amusement at pranav's trust on him...

"I know you, sir... Aap kuchh nahi karenge.. Good night sir, have a good sleep... Bye and sorry once again"

Line got cut, Abir yawning ruffled his hairs
"Hadd hai, mere employees toh bahut daring hai, mera itna bhi kauf nahi hai.."
He smiled next moment
"Achhi baat hai, I am happy ki vo mere saath itne comfortable hai ki ek baar bhi hesitate nahi karte mujhe call karne se, yeh bhi nahi dekhte ki din hai ya raat, but this is bad too sahi kehte hai ki every coin has two sides..." He again yawned and is going to turn back towards his room but halted steps in mid way as his eyes landed on the wall where one pair of feet is peeping from other side...

His breath got stuck inside for a second thinking it just a pair of feet, after calming down his raising heartbeats he took a step ahead to inspect it with fear building inside...
"Abir bhoot hua toh, ya chor.."
Looking for something for his defence he founded a medium sized log, picking it up he took steps ahead, covering the distance he stopped in his tracks seeing the thing in front of his eyes, it's not a thing, it's a person and the person is his priyatama...
"Chor nahi, Chorni hai..."
