2 weeks

It's been two weeks since Luke and Aleisha broke up, and Luke's been doing better than I thought honestly, I thought that he'd be moping around 24/7, but he's been doing better since they broke up, he's been recording a lot these past two weeks though and the twins miss him, but, when he's home no matter how tired he is he'll spend time with the kids, they'll go out for ice cream, or take them to a park, or bake some cookies and decorate them with them, it's really sweet and heartwarming to see, to see them laughing and playing around, that's all I've ever wanted, was to see them together.

Right now it's around twelve and me the twins, Paige, and her new boyfriend were about to go the park and hang, and if you were wondering who Paige' s boyfriend is, it's the guy from the club Paige went home with, it turns out his name is Adam and the morning after she got his number and they started talking and went out on a date and he asked her to be his girlfriend, they were so cute too, and he wasn't the sexiest guy in the world but he was adorable, he had glasses and he had brown floppy hair with these really pretty forest green eyes, he had a nose with and pale skin, he was so adorable, I don't think anything of him bye the way, anyway, we were all gonna go to the park, let the kids and I could interview Adam, in a nice way of corse.

We were about to leave when Luke walked through the door, the kids ran up to him and hugged his legs, making me chuckle and him laugh as the kids giggled, they're adoring smiles as they looked up at there father and he looked back down at them with the Same smile and look in his eyes, he finally bent down to they're height and hugged them both tightly, after letting go he walked up to me and hugged me with was unexpected but I hugged him back tightly, it was funny though the Sparks were still there when he touched me, the Sparks I used to get ever since I was eleven years old, this made me smile knowing he still had this affect on me, knowing that what was between us still hasn't changed.

" I have to talk to you later, it's important." He whispered in my ear, I nodded, he held me a little longer before he pulled away, the Sparks fading away.

" Um, we're going to the park, are you gonna go with us?" I asked, raising my eyebrow at him.
" Um, yea sure, let's go." He said, wrapping his arm around my shoulders.

We went to our cars, strapping melody and spencer in they're car seats before we got in our seats and buckled our seat belts, Luke was driving as green day blasted through the speakers us and the kids shouting out the lyrics of boulevard of broken dreams. After awhile of jamming out we arrived at the park, we unbuckled our seat belts we got the kids out of they're car seats and walking with them until we reached the play ground. They ran off with smiles on they're faces climbing up the jungle gym, Paige and Adam showed up a few minuets later arguing about which band was better, good Charlotte or all time low, and Paige added me in on this conversation.

" Ok, dani, who's better all time low, or good Charlotte?" She asked, I laughed at they're argument because, honestly they're were both really good bands, both the bands had good lyrics and good melody's to they're songs, I mean it just comes down to an opinion.

" I don't know, I mean it just decides on someone's opinion, both bands are equally talented, I like all time low better than good Charlotte but that's just me." I tell them.

" Yea, Danni's right, they're both amazing, but I tend too like good Charlotte, and that's just me." He says jumping in on the conversation.

" Ok, so whatcha guys wanna do?" Adam asks, me and Luke look at each other smiling like idiots.

" RACE YOU TO THE SWINGS, LAST ONE THEY'RE IS A ROTTEN EGG!" I yell, before running to the swings, Luke runs behind me as Adam and Paige follow his lead, Luke catches up to me grabbing my waist pulling me back before running ahead of me, that little fucker,I got up and ran towards him jumping on his back which sent him forward casing him to fall over I laughed as I got off of him but he grabbed my ankle and I fell on my face. Luke laughed before I smacked his arm laughing a little too, Adam won the race, he threw his arms in the air wooing and laughing at the same time.
