Yellow light gleamed through the Moroccan windows of Kapadia Sadan. The sea blue walls looked brighter and happier with the Kapadias back home.
Anuj and Anu were spending some quality time together, making a photo scrapbook of all their memories. Yes...Anuj insisted on it [*Usse sab kuch sambhal kar rakhna aadat ho gaya hai ab*] Anu too didn't mind reliving their memories together.
A loud thud woke Mukku up from her slumber. She rolled out of bed and walked in on her cute Bhabhi and Bhai gushing over her baby pictures.
Mukku: "Bhai yaar itni subah kaun utt tha hai....woh bhi day off pe!! Sone do na....Anu Bhabhi tum bhi.. Roz aise hi karte ho tum dono...Mere na sone pe tum dono ko kya khushi milthi hai?!!"
After the initial annoyance, Mukku joined the couple too. Their crazy banter and giggles continued.
As they were going through the pictures, something caught Anu's eyes. It was a picture of Mukku, Anuj, and herself from their wedding. Her mind wandered off to that life-changing day.
After a beautiful wedding, an emotional vidaai, and a fun-filled grihapravesh, it was time for Anupama's shagun.
Mukku walked towards her new Bhabhi and handed her a black file that said AK group of Companies.
Mukku: "Bhabhi maine humari company ko 3 parts mein divide kar liya and this is your share."
Anuj:"Bacchi....tum kya kar rahi ho?? Everything is yours!!"
"Exactly Bhai and main yeh aapki wedding gift mein de rahi hoon....Please accept karlo" a teary-eyed Mukku pleaded.
Anu quickly hugged her and wiped her tears.
Anu:" Teekh hai hum accept kar lenge par ek sharth pe....Abh rona bandh karo mari Mukkudi!! Sharth yeh hai ki tum company ko teen parts mein nahi...sirf 2 hisson be baat dogi. Ek tere naam mein hoga aur doosra Anuj ke naam mein...OK..."
Anuj:"Nahi Anu...main yeh kaise accept karunga...yeh sab toh Mukku ka hai..."
Anu:"Anuj issme aapka bhi haq hai....aur jo bhi hua tha usse bhul jaayiye...."
After a long debate and lot of convincing....
Anuj: " Ok par mera bhi ek condition hai...''
Mukku: " Bhai abh kya hai??"
Anuj: " Main yeh accept karunga only if you transfer fifty percent of the shares to Anu and my name.."
Anu: "Anooj aap yeh kya kya bol rahe hain?? Mere naam mein kyun hoga shares?"
Anuj: " Nahi Anu tum meri better half ho abh....Hum dono sab kuch share karenge...Aur haan main tumhe saare kaam sikha doonga...Tum business mein silent partner nahi rahogi!!"
Anu was so emotional hearing this. She engulfed Anuj and Mukku in the tightest bear hug.
Anuj was the wind beneath her wings...She was determined to never disappoint him...not now...not ever..........
A snap broke her reverie.....
Anuj: "Kahan kho gayi ho Mohtarma??..Abhi se mere sapne dekh rahi ho..."
They grinned ear to ear. Anu turned and smiled at the heartwarming sight of the siblings as she thanked Kanhaji for this beautiful second chance at life...
"Family: People in your life who are close to your heart and love you infinitely, bring out the best in you, who laugh, celebrate and dream with you."

I couldn't post last week due to my exams and of course #MaAnKiShaadi!!!!!! Badaai ho sabko!!
This week's update is also late because I deleted a few files on my lappy by mistake and this was one of them.
This chapter doesn't have an iota of romance.... I am sorry.....but I had to write it after the storyline that we were served with. I have some steamy romance planned for the next one.....
