I just got to the home of the Birch family. I still didn't know why Leah wanted me to come over, but here I am. We were never close, but I knew her well enough to know she wouldn't pull anything. I walk up to the door and ring the door bell.

Within seconds Leah opened the door and grabbed my hand and pulled me upstairs. Jesus she's strong. As we were making our way to her room I heard every member of the family great me besides Judd; probably out on his date already.

Leah closed the door behind us and let go of my hand, making her way to the bed. She sat down and looked me in the eyes. "Girl, what the hell." I looked at her with the so much confusion.

"What?" I just stood there looking at her. "The girl that Judd went on a date with. I thought it was you. Why the hell did I see some trash whore with my brother?" She said calmly. Okay wow, have never seen this side of her before.

"Wait, what? You thought we were gonna go out?" I slowly made my way to her and sat down. "First of all you're crazy for thinking that and second we're just friends." I said looking at her, smiling softly hiding my pain.

Leah sighed and looked me in the eyes with the most sincere glance. "Girl; we may not be as close at you and Judd, but I'm a female as well and I know you like him." She grabbed my hands softly as she paused for a moment.

"The way you look at him, the way you care about him, hell even the way you talk to him. Everything you do says you like him." She smiled softly. "He's a dumb guy that can't see those things, and he's missing out on something great with you." She let go of my hands.

"Wait... You aren't mad that I like your brother? I thought you would be that's why I didn't say anything." I looked at the floor and placed my hands in my lap. She laughed softly. "I mean, I kinda always knew." She fiddled with her thumbs.

"I want you bother to be happy, and it would be awesome to have a sister like you." She looked at me, nudging me slightly. I looked at her and smiled, why the fuck weren't we so close back in school. "Thanks." I looked away again.

"So you wouldn't mind me staying to see what she looks like, right?" I looked at her again, smiling. "I have to see what she looks like." I laughed at her comment earlier about this girl he was with at the moment. "Most definitely, we can talk shit about her after she leaves too." We both laughed and started to catch up on all the time that went by.

Needless to say, I think an actual friendship was going to finally happen between us. Which I was excited for as I only had Judd, and am actual girl to finally talk to would be nice.
