It's A Surprise

A/N: I'm sorry for the late update, my daughter and I got sick and we're finally starting to feel better. I have also been thinking, should I make a Eddie Munson x reader fanfiction? Let me know

It has been about a week and a half since the fight. My hand and face didn't hurt as bad anymore. I also hadn't apologized to anyone yet, Judd agreed with me saying that they deserved it. I let out a sigh, I still felt really bad though. He had been coming over to my place though and we would go to his hang out.

We hadn't really discussed about the kiss though. We didn't make things official, but in my opinion we had been acting more like a couple then friends honestly. Holding hands and cuddling, but we haven't really kissed since that night. "(Y/N)?" I was brought out of my trance by a voice. "Huh?" I replied back.

"You okay hun? You seem off." My mother said as she stood on one side of the kitchen and I stood in front of the sink doing dishes. "What? No, I'm fine; just tired is all." I shook my head, continuing the dishes. "Okay, well we're having your favorite tonight. How does that sound?" She smiled as she walked over to me.

"It sounds great mom." I smiled as I looked at her before turning my attention back to the dishes. She soon left the kitchen and I let my thoughts lead me down a path. That night I walked in my front door, keeping my face down so they didn't see anything. I snuck Judd into my room through the window as we didn't allow company over after a certain time.

Judd had showed me how to hide my wounds from my parents, before I had the courage to tell them what had happened. When he was leaving through my window though around one in the morning, he looked back at me with a soft smile. I smiled to myself at the thought of recalling everything that night. It was like a movie.

Judd had moved a strand of my hair out of my face, moving it behind my ear. He softly cupped my cheek before sliding his hand away; his fingers rubbing my face. He jumped out of my window after that. "I'll let you know when I get home." He said smiling at me; smiling back at him, I nodded. "Okay, drive safe."

I was brought out of my thoughts as I felt my phone buzz. I took it out of my pocket after drying my hands as I was finished the dishes. I saw that I got a text from Judd; a smile slowly appeared on my face as I read his message.

Judd
I'll be there in 5. Get ready
if you take to long I'm
leaving without you

Me
You know you wouldn't
leave without me, you love
me to much 😘

Judd
Yeah right 🙄

Judd's POV
I put my phone down in the cup holder and tested my head on the steering wheel. (Y/N) was right, I did love (P/N). I sighed as I turned on the car and started to head to (Y/N)'s place.

(Y/N) POV
I sighed as he left me on read, but put my phone in my pocket. I went to my room and grabbed the things I needed. Like my wallet, phone charger and chapstick; placing everything in my hoodie pocket as I made my way to the front door. "I'm heading out. Be back for dinner." I said loud enough for everyone to hear.

"You're seriously wearing a hoodie out there? It's 100° with the heat index." I brought my attention to my dad. "You know Christina gave me this last time I visited (H/T)." He smirked, shaking his head slowly. "I'm just teasing you kid, if you have a heatstroke have Judd call." I smiled as I opened the door.

"You know I will, love you guys. Love you Drako, love you Hunter. One of you are my favorite, but I'm not telling you which." I teased my little brothers with a large smile. I closed the door behind me as I heard them say it back. I walked down the porch stairs and walked to the curb.

Right when I stopped Judd had pulled up. "Perfect timing." He said softly as I got in his van. I looked at him and smiled. "So what are we doing today?" He drove off as I put on my belt. "We're doing something different." He smiled softly, playing music. "Were not going to your hide out?" I asked curiously.

He shook his head. "Nope. I actually have something else planned." We both sat in silence for a little while. "Like what?" I looked at the road. "It's a surprise, but I'm sure you'll love it." He said glancing at me for a moment. I looked at him, thinking where we could be going.
