Chapter 8: New Found Friends (part2)

Jania's POV

" Jania"- Jeremy

"Yes?"

"While you are absent, Ms. Ramos changed our seating arrangement."

"Ow, so where should I sit?"

"You'll sit with Alvin at the back."

"What? But why?"

"Ms. Ramos said that those with the highest Ranks will be at the back so that she can monitor those with lower Ranks."

New seating arrangement at the back:

Me - Alvin Jeremy-Carlo Mara-KZ

"Oh, but why is Mara on the 5th chair? She's Rank 3 right?"

"She's still in Rank 3. It's just you and Alvin tied now on Rank 1.

I and Carlo tied in Rank 2."

"Wow, Carlo already excels a lot."

As far as I remeber, he was Rank 6.

Top 5 of 1st Quarter:

Rank 1- me

2- Alvin

3- Mara

4- Jeremy

5- KC

Top 5 of 2nd Quarter:

1 me and Alvin

2 Jeremy and Carlo

3 Mara

5 Eswhy

"Yeah, we really studied hard because this is our Final year."

"That's good to hear. I hope in the next quarter, we are already seatmates." ^__^

"I hope so. Anyway, you and Alvin are hard to compete.hehehehe"

"Don't think like that. I believe you can."

"I will do my best. Anyway, you almost ranked down."

"Yeah, it's because of that sickness. I hate it."

"Well, I know you can retrieved that and I'll do my best to surpass Alvin."

I like what he said. I really hope that he will be my seatmate because I want to know him better because when I am with him, I forget the pain.

But in this reality, I have to be seated beside Alvin.

It is so awkward.

After two months, Mara and I get aong again just like before.

But whenever she wanted to be with me and Alvin, I always decline her.

We get along again but there are already limitations since I have

Carlo and Jeremy as my new friends and I do not want to be with Alvin.

I am happy that I have the two boys especially Jeremy because of him

I forget the pain and I learn to see and know everyone.

Before, my eyes were for Alvin only but now, I see everyone

who makes me happier and livelier.

The 3rd quarter ended and I am happy with the results.

I surpassed Alvin again and grab my RANK again.

What I mean is I am the only one in that Rank and

Jeremy leveled up...hehehehe

If you will asked why Jeremy is beside me, it is because

it was arranged alphabetically. So, Alvin Almeda then

Jeremy Bondoc.
