Chapter 14: A more determined Law

A/N: another short, in the Heart Pirates POV...xxanna

Heart Pirates POV when (Y/N)' new bounty poster is released:

"CAPTAIN, CAPTAIN LOOK AT THIS" Bepo screamed bursting into the kitchen. Law's eyes instantly shot up to see what Bepo was yelling about. He saw that he was holding another bounty poster, so Law got up and grabbed it from Bepo's hands. It was another poster for (Y/N), and it now had a name posted and a new picture.

"Archer Artemis? Is that what she's going by now?" Law said out loud to no one in particular.

Law then glanced at your new picture. He instantly got a nose bleed.

"Captain you okay?" Penguin asked

Law couldn't even answer. He was captivated by your new look. You looked sexy with the short black dress, and the fishnets, and the hood that covered your eyes. After staring at your bounty poster for a few minutes Law finally looked up at his crew and held the poster up for everyone to see.

"Look everyone! My (Y/N) is okay, and she's really making a name for herself. Look at that bounty! I wonder if she really is by herself...we have to find her! We won't stop until we do...is that clear men?" Law said sternly.

"YES CAPTAIN" the crew screamed back.

Law was now more determined than ever to get you back and into his arms once again. He could barely go on while he thought you were dead, but now that he knows you're alive he had to find you, it was the only thing bringing him life. He also needed to know why you weren't trying to find him either, that was eating him alive. He knew something had to have happened whether you forgot about him, or chose to leave him behind to conquer the seas without him. But if it was the ladder of the two, he would be okay with that; he just needed closure if that was the case.

Law got into bed, ready to search the island they would arrive at tomorrow. He had a good feeling about this one.

Everyone ran off of the Polar Tang the second they submerged, ready to find you. Law transported himself to the middle of the town, with your bounty poster in hand. He walked around for a bit then stopped seeing something he recognized. He held your bounty poster up in front of a store. He instantly smiled seeing that the store he stood in front of was the store that you stood in front of in your picture. Law then went inside trying to find answers from the owner.

He held up your bounty poster and said, "This girl. She was here right? Tell me everything."

"Oh yeah, she was a very sweet girl. She bought a few pieces of clothes then went to the bathroom and changed into them" the old woman said

"Was she with anyone?" Law asked sternly

"Not that I remember, she was by herself... but when she left not even a minute went by and she disappeared as a bunch of marines ran past the shop..." the old woman stated

"Hmm...thanks for your help lady" Law said turning to leave the store

Law met with the crew at the local bar. They all sat at the largest table with your bounty poster centering it. A drunk man stumbled over to Law laughing.

"You know what's funny buddy? Another group of people just the other day sat at this exact table and had that woman's bounty poster exactly where you have it as well...they kept going on and on about how dangerous she was, and how they had a run in with her and how they barely made it out alive..."

Law then got up and grabbed the man by the collar of his shirt and said, "Oh is that so...

Now tell me what did these people look like? What were their names?"

"Jeez buddy calm down, I'll tell ya. I remember everything because they sure were an odd group of people. One guy had green hair and carried 3 swords, there was a skeleton man, 2 beautiful women one with orange hair and one with raven hair, um hm...a little racoon dog, a guy with a long nose, a strange cyborg dude, and the funniest guy who never stopped laughing wore a straw hat"

Law released his grip and the drunk man fell to the floor.

"FUCKING STRAW HAT. IF ANY OF HIS CREW EVEN LAID A FINGER ON HER, I'M KILLING THEM INSTANTLY. LET'S GO IF THEY WERE HERE THE OTHER DAY THAT MEANS WE CAN MEET THEM AT THE NEXT ISLAND" Law yelled to his crew

"Yes Captain. The log pose has just set, perfect timing. The next island is a supply island, and I doubt we will catch them there, but the island after that is about a 2 week trip and most people stay there for a few days, to say the least, so we should be able to meet them there." Bepo claimed

"We will make it, and kill every last one of those Straw Hats" Law said walking out of the door, his crew following right behind him.

They all got back to the Polar Tang ready to get supplies on the next island, then make the 2 week trip in hopes of catching up to the Straw Hats. That was phase 3 of his plan...
