Percy's pov.

I jolted away and fell off the bed
I put a hand to my face and sighed in relief

My sun glasses and bandana were still on so was my chest plate
I felt riptide in my pocket

I jumped up from the bed and saw spider man laying in the other bed I kept over to the door and it was locked
I put my ear up to it and hear voices

"-mask?" a male voice said
"They fought each other and the mist new what he was doing" this male voice was filled with authority

"Do you even know who they are?" a female voice asked this time
"No but they may not want us to"

"Sir the mist has awaken"

A robotic voice announced and I jumped back I stuffed my hand in my pocket ad gripped riptide a walked over to spider mans bed an slapped his forehead

"I'm late for-" I slapped his head again and he sat up
I could practically feel the glare through his mask

Suddenly the door slid open just as spider man lunged at me
"Your dead, mist!" He growled and attempted to pin me

I grabbed his arms and twisted them back he yelped and I threw him at the women that entered the door

Her short red hair was curled up and she had on a cat like suit she grabbed spider man and pushed him bak into the room the door slid shut behind him

"Stop messing with me!" he yelled at me as I raised my hands
"Your the one that put us in the trap I told you to stop!" I shot back

"Well you shouldn't have brought me!"
He argued
"You were the one that let the bot get away" I said more calmly and he fumed

"I'm-" the red head raised her hands and scowled at us
"Boys! I don't care who took what , but you need to Know why your here" she said

"What ever you say red" spider man said and he glared at him
"My name is black widow" she snapped

"Oh great I'm stuck in a room with two spiders" I mumbled then a memory came to my head

"Your real name is Natasha" I declared I remember annabeth talk about her
"So we are with SHIELD, or the avengers" she nodded

Oh great, mortals know who I am, oh wait...
"We want you to join the avengers" she said And looked at me when she said it

"The avengers? us? him?" spider man pointed at me
"Yes" she sad as if it were that simple

Spider man shrugged "sure I've had worst jobs" he said and cracked his hands she smirked and looked at me

"No thanks, I work with my family or alone" I said and crossed my arms
Her smiled fell and she frowned at me

"Really? because if you don't SHIELD will see you as a threat" she said and I shrugged

"How can I trust you? how can I trust any of you" I said and looked at spider man

"I fought with you I feel like even if I don't want to... I should trust you" he looked surprised
"Yeah your not someone I want as an enemy"he admitted

I looked at spider man
He was the same hight as me maybe a little smaller
But he seemed smart
Reckless but smart

If I'm ok this team I'm staying next to him, even if we are on bad terms
"I'm only joining because he is" I said and folded my hands behind my back

"Great now for you identification" she sad and gestured to spider mans mask
I shook my head

"No way I do t even know the team, let alone trust them" I said ad she shrugged

She looked at spider man "ill take of my mask when we meet the team" and she gestured to The door
We walked out behind her an saw a group of people looking at us and smiling

"Welcome to the avengers!" some guy with a goatee said and raised his hands

"I'm tony" he said and crossed his arms "iron man" he bragged and I new that he and spider man would be good friends

"That's Thor , Clint or hawkeye, Bruce or hulk, Steve or captain sparkles" he glared at him
"Alright captain America" he said and Steve smile at us

"Welcome to the team soldiers" he stuck out his hand spider man shook it but I just stared at him

"Don't call me a soldier" I simply stated and he looked hurt
"I like him" tony said and smirked at Steve

I reluctantly shook his hand

"So you are...?" Clint asked and they looked at me "maybe later" I pushed my sun glasses up

They looked at spider man and he grabbed his mask

He pulled it off to reveal the one and only

"Peter Parker ,nice to meet you"

Oh hades I'm a seaweed brain
