Characteristics: think of it as sort of a weird mix between Sir Barkis, Victor, and Emily (If u haven't seen the movie, please do it's very good👌)

"With this spell I will lift your sorrows, I will be your light in the dark and the wine in your cup. Now you may kiss the bride"
Allows the user to use two long colored fabrics (any color depending on mood or just in general) however they wish, they can also use this to tie their enemies/opponents together making them unable to use magic, plus they make good decorations for any occasion (or if necessary let's the opponent/receiver become paralyzed for as long as the user can or wants)
