For starters the Energon storm could be for all we know the results of the usual Autobots Decepticon conflict but it turns food into Bots is it a bit strange if the food in question have more than the iron that is.
As for those that not been turn into Botbot from that storm so far well that inanimate to be exact does anything that's digital jump out of the screen but even I know that's unlikely there are no other objects it's the size of the Rescue Bots Bots are the toys but I can be ironic if it's a toy car good thing the mall doesn't have a weapon shop or things would get crazy.
