The worst plan. Part 2 [KARA]

Kara preferred to tackle things on her own, she would just confront [____] and try to get answers bluntly, that's more like her.

Next day finally came, Kara was anxious, for the first time in her life, for going to class. It was friday so Kara had gym class with [____]... this could be a good time to talk to her. As usual Kara was late for class, the moment she arrived she noted they were already doing today's activity; acrosport. The teacher had put them into teams; in pairs, to be precise, and to Kara's bad luck, [____] already had a partner.

Jason... that guy who's always hovering around [____]. "Great, the day is just starting and everything is going fine" Kara sarcastically thought. She was paired with the only other person who was late just like her: Doris.

-Ha, looks like your little girlfriend Is having fun.

-Shut up, Doris. -Kara grumbled.

-Maybe she's bored of you, Danvers. -Doris sneered.

-What do you mean? -Kara asked with a frown and crossing her arms.

-Seems she didn't tell you, she went out with Jason yesterday, everyone saw them in sweet justice.

Kara growled.

Kara's priorities had changed, from that class on... now her main goal was to find out what happened between [____] and Jason.
Although she felt unsure about asking her of it, it wasn't Kara's style to put up with her doubts, so reckless or not, the blonde was going to question. The next period was math, so she followed [____] intending to sit rigth next to her, for once she succed.

Kara started a normal conversation with her, but she really wanted to just ask shamelessly. At the end Kara copied [____]'s work, of course the girl let Kara so both of them could get out of class.

While both girls were in line to give the tests to the teacher, Kara asked with no shame, and tried to sound casual, just started mentioning Jason, some random stuff about Sweet Justice and then...

-So you... had a date with him?

-What? No! It's just, him being annoying. -Crossing her arms, the girl pouted remembering the whole incident.

Kara stepped closer, making the heigth difference even more noticeable.

-Then, you just... casually were a team on gym class? -[____] nodded and Kara arched a bow, giving the human the impression that Kara was kinda mad.

As she observed the blonde coming even closer, making a weird distance considering they are in a line, her heart started beating faster, Kara seemed so intimidating... [____] felt as if she was an insect to the kryptonian, an insect just asking to be stepped on.

-How about I take your mind off of him for a bit? -Kara asks suddenly. [____]'s eyes widen in surprise.

-I... that's actually a good idea.... but wait for the end of the line.

At the end, the girls leaved the class and the teacher didn't lecture Kara because she copied the assigment.

They walked in silence and entered biology class, the blonde was still thinking about what to do, and, even though she was usualy confident, she was having trouble with this matter. Luckily for her, [____] often sit besides her in biology class, and today wasn't different.

This time Kara was determined to ask, so she rubbed the back of her neck and started the conversation.

-I was wondering, have any idea of who leaved that chocolates last night?
