First of all we know that
Kim Rok Soo's soul was pushed out by white star when WS reincarnated inside KRS body
So when KRS was looking for another body and had to leave to go to a different world his soul was damaged and a part of KRS soul got left behind while KRS went to Korea
KRS is the main body while Cale is simply a weak part of him
Cale and KRS both had WS curse with different level
Which activated when they were 8
Cale's curse killed his mother Jour first and then slowly killed his rest of the family and then the world got destroyed as well since he loved this world
While KRS had a stronger version of curse which showed up when he was 8
The curse killed his mother and father and alot more people
Later when he finally accepted and started to love LSH and CJS they died as well after that KRS stopped even taking interest on people and lived on till he got transmigrated into Cale, his left over soul
KRS got cale's memories after he reached the capital and was sleeping in his room in the capital estate.

And since KRS now Cale has his memories from the old destroyed world he has strong affection towards Alberu while he is still disgusted by Zed who did nothing when the queen almost killed them.
