The DUFF... a fanfic adaptation

"Looking great... in MY shirt..." Jungkook says with a smirk as he stood beside your bed.

You turn around and slid your head under the fluffy pillow, not wanting to get up just yet. It's a Sunday for crying out loud! What is he even doing here? Wait, how did he get in?

"Rise and shine princess!" He says chuckling, grabbing that fluffy pillow to expose your head with that messy brown hair thrown all over.

"What the hell Jeon?! It's freakin' Sunday... Leave me alone!" You flash him an evil stare before pulling another pillow to place on top of your head.

"I know it's a Sunday but we need to hustle... you said today is your only free time for a makeover remember? I didn't set this up, you did!" He said in defense.

"Aghhh..." You growl under the pillows, making out a muffled sound that Jungkook found adorable.

"Come on! Get up..." He insists further, this time flipping the cover off you, revealing your entire body on full display under him. Good thing you wear decent sleepwear.

Since you're wearing comfy joggers to sleep coupled with the Disney shirt Jungkook left behind years ago. You curled up into a ball which Jungkook found cute.

"If you don't get up now I'll be forced to wake you up... my way." He said in a sinister tone.

You just wanted to snooze some more and totally ignored the fact that Jungkook just gave you a warning. In no time, your body gets lifted in the air as Jungkook scoops you off the bed in one swoop.

"The f*ck Jeon!..." You hiss at him while he carries you with an arm under your thighs and another supporting your upper back.

"I warned you... you never listen like always." He says in between chuckles. He sets you on top of the sink and cages you as he leans in. "Now do you want me to strip you or you can do that on your own? Either way is fine with me." He flashes you with a naughty grin.

You blush a little and the moment he took notice of your cheeks, you push him away and stood on the floor. "Out!" You bark at him harshly and he just laughs at your face before turning away to leave you alone.

"You have 10 minutes or I'm coming back in to get you!" He said in a serious tone.

"Fine!" You shout back before the door closed in behind him.

"Look who's finally back... it's been ages Kook!" Ken blurts out seeing his good friend enter the salon.

"Hey... thanks bro. Sorry for the short notice." Jungkook said looking apologetic having a good friend he hasn't visited for quite a while work on a Sunday.

"Nah... that's nothing compared to what you've done for me." He said before giving Jungkook a quick hug.

"So who's our next victim?"

After what seems like forever in the salon, with all the treatment solution Ken mixed to enhance the brown color of your hair, Jungkook sees you with a turban on your head.

"Now let's start with basic daily makeup then you can practice on your own at home before we advance to the next level." Ken said as he sits you on a makeup chair.

Ken is really something, he moves swiftly yet his hands are so light. The way he dabbed your face with the sponge and your eyelids with a brush is like he's creating a masterpiece.

He explained every step and made sure to let you try on your own. You're not new to makeup, you actually used to wear them to class, but when school work got more hectic, you couldn't waste time just to doll yourself up in the morning so you quit.

After almost half a day of pampering, Ken gave you a few makeup and hair care products to start with. "Here, these are just samples so you can start practicing on your own."

"Thank you Ken... you're an angel..." You said with a big smile.

"I don't think I'm the angel in this situation... Let's call Jungkook and see how he'd react."

In a few minutes Jungkook returned to the salon with several paper bags in hand. He handed one to Ken with a big smile plastered on his face. "Here... I'm not sure if you already have that color but just in case, you can exchange it for anything from the store."

"Thank you!" Ken bows down with a chuckle. "Now are you ready to see the finished product?"

"Of course!" Jungkook said with a wide grin, not knowing why he's more than excited than he thought he would.

"Let me present to you... Our princess for the day." He says turning the chair to Jungkook's direction. "Tada!" Ken reaches out a hand to assist you from your chair, presenting you like a debutante.
