Chapter 5:

Flashback continues......

Soon, Raj and Vishwa took their steps to extend their business... Even it was a welcoming decision among the corporate world. M&M industries raised an invite for other companies for shareholders. So, many companies started fighting because this is gonna make a revolution around the corporates. They decided that there are going to be 2 more share holders other than them or this project. Even Mukesh too joined in this corporate marathon as a CEO/Representor of Mandala & Co( Sarala's Father company, took over by Mukesh after his father- in-law's death). Raj and Vishwa were also happy seeing him taking a step himself rather than depending on others. Soon enough, the D-Day came, where the M&M Industries were going to choose the shareholders of their business world. The day started with the presentation of other companies , even Mukesh gave his presentation. But both Raj & Vishwa weren't that much impressed with either of them, even Mukesh. Soon enough , all the presentations were finished. And Raj and Vishwa moved away to discuss about the same inside their Cabin. Mukesh , without any notice from others, followed them secretly. He was so much desperate to know the shareholder. On knowing the result he was too much hurt that he was not selected even by his brother. But still he prayed that if something happen or not. Soon enough, Both of them finished their discussion and joined back to announce the share holde. When Vishwa were about to announce, Mukesh's phone rang interrupting their silence. On hearing from the other side, the phone fell from his hand and Vishwa and Raj got startled because of his reaction. Inspite of their constant questions Mukesh was just too into his own world, not getting any reponse from his side, the caller again started calling back, and this time Raj attended the call only to be informed that Mukesh's wife Sarala was been taken to hospital for emergency, because of the cylinder bursted In their home. Fortunately , Sarala alone was their in their home as Virat has gone to their neighbor home to play with his friends.

Everyone were too shocked and both Raj and Vishwa literally dragged Mukesh to go to hospital. On the way, they informed Nyo and Sushmita too, and they also went to hospital .

Everyone reached the hospital at the same time, on seeing sushmita, virat ran towards her

Virat (Hugging her from waist) – Badi ma, Badima... See mamma is not waking up. Ask her wake up na... Please tell her badima... Mumma is not talking to me also..(started crying hysterically)

Doctor came and said , Sorry, we tried all in all our way, but still she was too close to the gas cylinder , that he was fully burnt . We cant do anything now, u have only little time now.
Everyone stood silent , not knowing what to do....

Virat – Papa, what doctor is saying, ask him to wake up mumma na.. u know papa, me and mumma na have prepared a surprise for u....

No one knows how to console that little soul who hasn't even a bit of knowledge that his mother was breathing her last few breathes.

Sush- Virat baby, come to badi maa.

Virat – Badi ma, u know, u should not call me baby now.. (Giggling)

Sush – (Controlling her tears) y bacha, u will always be my baby only.

Virat- Acho badi ma, u cant u know y?

Sush nodded her head in no.

Virat – because I m going to a big brother (excitedly), mumma said to me in morning only, that I m going to a bade bhai, so I should be more good boy, so that I could be a hero to my baby girl nah..

Everyone were shocked , even doctors too.

The doctor straight away went to check her. After some time, he came back , everyone were looking at him only, but his face itself depicted what happened, he was sad, thus explaining them the baby is no more, and also apologized for not saying before, because since the baby was there inside her womb for just a week, so they cant find any clues. Everyone were now felt too bad .

Nyo (bending to virat) – baby, will u listen to me if I say something to u ? (She asked, being a strong woman, she knew that someone must explain that little boy what has happened to his mom and his baby)

Virat – Haan mami, I will . I promised mumma na, that I will be good boy, so yes yu say mami, I will always listen to u.

Nyo – baby , ur mumma wont be back baby, she left us , leaving all of us.

Virat – what are u saying mami, she wont go anywhere leaving her virat here... She promised me that . U know right, mumma wont break any promises.

Nyo – No bacha, listen to me nah, your mamma died, leaving all here. She went to a better place.

Virat – no no no, she didn't go anywhere, (he started cribbing)

Nyo – bachcha, shh shh shh. Just listen to me na, ur mumma wont be back

Virat – then mami, y didn't she take me with me?

Nyo – she didn't take u with her, because , you need to take care of ur dad haina,she also said that her virat will be there to take care of everything from her place. Because virat is a big boy now. She also said that he is the only person she can trust with her dad..... Even though she isn't with u nah, she will always be with her virat. She promised you haina, she will for sure come back to you okay

Virat nodded his head, still confused and disturbed.

Virat – Okay mami, I will be good boy now, But mami, my baby girl sister mami, even she wont come to me huh?

Sush – no virat baby, you will surely get your baby girl with you, but for that u need to wait, you need to grow into a strong boy haina, so that u can protect your baby sister (Virat nodded his head), SO wait for her, she will surely come back okay

Virat – Okay badi ma.

Soon enough all the rituals got finished,and everyone returned. Even virat and Mukesh lived with the Malhotra & Murthy since the hospital scene, because mukesh cant take care of Virat, as he himself is not his own self. Virat too got to know what happened to his mom in real, but still believed that his mom and baby girl will return to him for sure.

Jeevika , viren and virat all three got closed in this mean time, when Jee & Viren were a year elder to virat, thus taking care of him , helping in all his needs, and also being with him whenever he needed anything. In the mean time, Nyo was pregnant with manik.. He was born after some three months of Sarala's death.

Soon, days passed,Sushmita got pregnant for second time... , everyone were again excited hearing it, Virat was more excited than anyone.. Its not that he wasn't excited when nyo was pregnant, but because he was now sure that he is going to get his baby sister back from his favo Badi ma... but hasn't shared his thoughts to any.... All got happy and satisfied seeing him this excited for the first time , after his mother died. They got relaxed seeing him happy and content. He would always be back of sushmita, asking her if she needed anything. Everyone were surprised seeing his doings, when asked he said " Arey, u all only said na, my baby girl will come soon, see even now , my mumma sent her to me, so, I need to be a more good boy na, so only as a good boy, I m going to take care of badi ma from now on", everyone were smiling hearing him....

Days , months passed..... Nandini was born.... Murthy and Malhotra was very happy seeing this bubbly baby, who has come to them with so much of good luck.... Because the day after she was born, M&M Industries got approval for their dream project (Opening Industries on various kinds) , which is now going on in full swing. And about that share holders part, they both took a decision of having partnership with Mukesh's Mandala & Co. company, adding him also as their one of the share holder. When their family is going through a hardship, how can they leave their own family and fetch other... But no one guessed that this one minute decision was the one which is going to take all their happiness from them.. . For another shareholder, Dhawan Industries were chosen. Everyone were happy, soon the project was started with his construction....

But one day............

Families are the tie that reminds us of yesterday, provide strength and support today, and give us hope for tomorrow. No government, no matter how well-intentioned, or well-managed, can provide what our families provide.
