A Baby Project (Dramione)

Chapter 8

This is the first update since I've been back, so expect this to be not very good and very slow updates.

"For those who are currently pregnant, I would like a paper of whatever length you feel necessary to write about what it is like being pregnant now that most of you have started having all the symptoms. You will be expected to write a paper at each stage of pregnancy about how your life has been changed and if this has changed your mind about having kids or what it takes to has children. For those who are not currently pregnant. I would like a two foot paper explaining what kind of things you have been doing to care for your partner and if this project has changed your minds about how to treat those who can carry life."

"But professor, why do us boys have a required length while the girls don't?!?!? This is not fair!!!" Ron was outraged as he hated doing work.

"Well Mr. Weasley, those who are pregnant are growing life. What are you doing? Watching. So therefore you have free time since you are not going through the horribly painful experience. And if you would like to complain more I will happily make it longer. It would be no problem for me since I've ran out of books to read anyway. Is that what you want?" Professor Bernate did not take any shit, especially from Ron.

"No ma'am, I'm sorry" Ron grumbled very quietly and annoyed.

"I prefer Mx actually Mr. Weasley. I go by they/them pronouns. I understand that I have not brought this up and for that I apologize, but now you know I would appreciate if you could all follow that." Professor Bernate calmly responded.

"I'm sorry professor. No mx, I'm sorry." Ron surprisingly reacted really well. No one really expected that.

Hermione and Draco were sitting at their table and trying to decide what they wanted to make for dinner since neither of them really wanted to go to the great hall.

"We could make pizza." Draco suggested. They had been talking for half an hour about food and everything Draco would suggest Hermione shot down, but when Draco asked her for suggestions she would just shrug her shoulders.

"Only if you want to hold my hair when I'm throwing up." Hermione said with a smile.

"Ok well what do you want then?"

"I mean, I could really go for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich."

"Really??? We've been siting her for half an hour, trying to figure out dinner, and when you finally choose something it's a pb&j? And I can't with you."

"Oh really, do you think that's any way to talk to the person who is carrying your children. The Malfoy heirs." Hermione said walking away and trying not to laugh.

There was no way Draco was letting her get away with that, so he ran up to her and threw her over his shoulder.

"Draco Lucius Malfoy put me down right now!!"

"Haha now I'm carrying the Malfoy heirs. And a soon-to-be Malfoy. Therefore I'm cooler." For how smart he was, Draco always had stupid comebacks that Hermione could always counter.

"Not so fast sir. You have to propose before I'm a soon to be Malfoy. And what if I keep my last name? Then what? You would be wrong and I would be cooler." At this point Draco had to put Hermione down before he dropped her from laughing so much.

"Come one 'mione, let's make you a peanut butter and jelly sandwich."

"You know what, that actually sounds really gross now." Hermione scrunched her noise at the thought of it.

"Oh come on. Seriously?!?!?" Draco being the drama queen he is, threw his arms up and exasperation. "What do you want then?"

"I'm not too sure."

This went on for another half hour until Hermione suggested that they should just order a pizza.

First update!!!!!!
I wanted to have a non binary character but idk very much about what to call them so I will be doing more research and if any of you are offended or if I call them the wrong thing please let me know so that I can immediately correct it. It is never my intention to hurt anybody and I would like to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
Sorry this is all dialogue really. It's going to take a bit for me to get back into writing so this will be the kind of updates for a while.
Anyway I hope you all like it and if you don't then please keep that to yourself because im sensitive.
