"Got you, dumb ass." Perrie mumbled as she sat in her car outside of the warehouse that she and Jade had met at that one time they both followed him.
She had her seat reclined, and her lights turned off. She was hiding out in plain sight, wearing black boots, black jeans, and black leather jacket, a black v-neck t-shirt, and a black beanie.
Though, none of her dark colors really mattered because it was the middle of the day. The sun was shining brightly, and all they did were make her hot.
She had quickly become a full-time single parent overnight, and now had to try and save the world, and her ex/future fiancé, all before their daughter got out of school at 3:45.
Jade's been the exact same the last few days, but the blonde has been looking after her and taking care of her, and Aurora has been a great help as well. All she knows is that her mommy is sick, and they're all trying their best to make her feel better.
The domestic life is definitely not what Perrie was used to. Making dinner every night, instead of eating Taco Bell in the dark on her couch behind the glowing light of her laptop is out of her norm. But, one thing Jade did was make sure Aurora had a home cooked meal every night, so Perrie had to keep that up.
She's lucky that Jade introduced the two of them when she did, otherwise, who knows where either of them would be right now.
At this moment, Jade's best friend and co-worker Leigh Anne had the day off, so she was at the house sitting with Jade. Just in case. Neither of them know what to expect from this hypnotic state the brunette seems to be in, or just how long it will last, so they're just playing it by ear.
Only, today, Perrie is looking for answers. She's tired of waiting around.
She's not stupid, so she waited until Jordan was done doing whatever it is he was doing inside, and waited until he got outside and got in his car. Then, the blonde started up her car and followed him, being sure to keep a safe distance.
She followed him for a while, and when he parked his car in front of a house, Perrie grabbed her gun and got out. She walked briskly to catch up to him, still sweating from the sun beaming down on the heat magnet of an outfit she decided to wear.
When Jordan reached in his pocket for his keys, he froze, feeling something poke into his side.
"Whatever this is—" He started, putting his hands up and not even turning around.
"Shut up and unlock the door." Perrie said, pushing her gun further into his side.
"Ahh, I know that voice." Jordan laughed, putting his hands down. "I was wondering when you'd show. How's your girl? Drooling all over herself?"
He laughed, but yelped in pain when Perrie hit him in the back of the head with the butt of her gun.
"I'm not in a laughing mood. Open the door." She repeated.
He unlocked the door and they both stepped inside. He started to keep walking, but the blonde quickly snatched his hood and shoved him back into the door.
"Nice try." She said, pointing her gun at him. "What did you do to her?"
He laughed again. "I didn't do anything to her."
"You think this is a joke?" She asked, poking her gun into his side again.
"What, are you going to shoot me in the middle of the day?" He laughed. "The cops will be here faster than you can blink."
"You underestimate me, Stephens." She said, raising her gun and taking a silencer out of her jacket pocket. "Tell me what is wrong with her." She said, twisting the silencer on.
