Two weeks had passed since the whole Declan thing. Everything had settled down since the duel with Kaiba and things were finally back to normal. Nothing was really going on with me, but Cyrus, now that's another story.
After we had the weekend off from classes I was ready to get my game on.
I sat down next to Selena, wondering where Cyrus was. Then I remembered that Cyrus was having a graded duel in class today and he was up all night studying! While I was on a undefeated streak, Cyrus was on a losing streak. He hadn't won a single duel since coming to Duel Academy.
Cyrus ran in 5 minutes late to class and Crowler wasn't happy with having his class halted.
Crowler: MR. TRUESDALE! Would you care to explain why you are so late to class!?
Cyrus: I'm sorry (panting) I -I was up all night practicing and overslept.
