Chapter 0: Out with the old in with the new

???: So what do you say brat?- the deep voice of a man was heard as three figures were seen looking at someone

We now see a prison cell where we see Peter Parker sitting there looking at the middle figure with a cold lifeless stare

Some of you are asking why this happened? Well let me tell you.

Just like any other timeline this happened after the event of Superior Spiderman(original I know). Soon enough when he got his body back everyone(almost) lost all trust and respect from our favorite arachnid. Though others mainly lost their trust. Along with this the citizens of New York bashed his name left and right calling him awful names and JJJ isn't helping in the slightest with his constant defamation. The web warriors(I question how though) don't see him as a member anymore. Julia was nowhere to be seen(there is a reason behind this and it revolves around the idea I mad in one of my previous stories "Welcome to my theater") and not even the web warriors know what happened to her, even if she wasn't there for him when he needed it the most he still hoped that she was ok. He cant get near the baxter building due to the storm brothers worried of what he would do to the kids, he understands that they want to keep the kids safe but it still hurts though, he is banned from entering the x mansion, Logan tried to help him with this but he was just one man sadly. And there is no way he is going to the avengers tower for the life of him. Every day was the same for him: wake up, do his work as Spider Man, hear the boos and insults of civilians, heroes not helping him or just saying rude things behind his back, JJJ talking bad about him. Rinse and repeat. This went on every day till one day he snapped and told his good friend Wade what he was planing to do.

If New York and the heroes want Spider Man behind bars..... then he'll do just that. But first he needs to talk to the two most important people in his life

One of those people was his Aunt May who knew he was innocent but Peter told her in secret that she needs to pretend that she betrayed me so that the spider warriors could keep her safe(at least his clones and sister could keep her safe). She hates the fact that she has to pretend to hate her nephew though she sees him more of a son though with everything they went through together. With tears in her eyes she begrudgingly agreed to act like she hates him and wishes for his safety when he gets to prison.

The other one was Black Cat. He was glad that she knew instantly that  Doc Oc controlled his body and in her words

Black Cat:I knew he wasn't you the moment he attacked me the way he did and I know that you wouldn't do that to me Spidy. Its sucks though that he died before I even had my claws on him though- she said the last part with a pout as Peter chuckled at this

Soon after that the two talked for a bit and Black Cat was hable to explain to him that the whole her kissing daredevil thing was just a joke to rile him up but she saw that it backfired and that she was really sorry for hurting him that time. Peter simply told her that its water under the bridge and that he forgives her. The two talked a bit more about other stuff and soon agreed to give their relationship another shot though he told her about his plan and she didn't like it one bit especially the part of her pretending to hate him when the court starts. In the end she begrudgingly agreed and the two kissed one last time for now at least till he gets out and he told her that when the time comes that he would be set free that he will no longer be the friendly neighborhood Spider Man .... Though she did tell him that she likes this new resolve of his and that it was hot.....lets just continue with the story shall we

Soon after the day came where Peter turned himself in and he was sent to court. Sadly though he was forced to reveal his identity to the public and all he could do is internally pray that his Aunt will be ok. After some unnecessary dialog from the judge and lawyers(not that many wanted to help him) in the end they all agreed that he should be sent to the raft for the rest of his days. He was glad that May and Felicia kept their cool and acted perfectly though he can still see the hurt and sadness in their eyes when he was handcuffed and sent to a car and drove off. All that the two could do now was pray that he will be ok... But Felicia wasn't going to just stand there with her hands up her ass and watch as her lover be sent to the raft for no reason. She is the Black Cat damnit and she will do something to help Peter spend his days there a little more comfortable and no one will even know that she was there and she knows the right guy or... alien to help. She just hopes that they are ok with this though and prays that they don't eat her head and maybe help her find evidence of Peter's innocents.
