(A few hours after the "defeat" of Morlun)
-Morlun's home-
Morlun's siblings saw how their brother was brutally beaten by the Totem of earth 616. The brothers were furious by this and swear to have revenge for their Brother and make him pay. The sisters however, they have other thoughts in mind as they saw the now changed Totem who was different then what he was before.
-Unknown Hydra base-
In said base we see Viper and next to her Helena Belova and the two were stunned by how much the annoying wall crawler has changed in his time in prison and they aren't gonna lie. This new Peter has caught their interest.
-Unknown location in an apartment-
We see Karla Sofen. Also known as Moonstone in her apartment watching all of the fight go down. Safe to say that she really enjoyed what she saw and was already planning on asking him out and even better. She could rub this on Carol's face. She would not only date the strongest man ever but she will be taking Carol's chances of dating that stud again. Its a win win for her and lose lose to the bitch Danvers. Oh she cant wait to see the look of defeat on Danver's face when she steals the man she threw away for some limp dick buddy of Tony.
-Symkaria, Silver Sable's room-
We see Silver Sable all patched up after waking up from an attack to her home that left her in a semi coma and she woke up after the whole superior Spiderman fiasco. She saw how her king changed so much and she wont lie. She enjoined what she saw. She hated the fact that she was forced to stay home and rest while her king was out there but she was patient. Now that she is fully recovered, she will waste no time and is now planing a trip to New York and hopes to see Peter and explain to him why she was missing all this time
-a few days later-
After the beating Peter gave to Morlun the news blasted about how Peter Parker has returned and ge is better then ever. Soon after he began doing his patrolling again with the help of Venom(mainly because he was bored doing nothing in the house. Especially since Felicia goes out to do her usual Black Cat things) unlike before where he holds his punches against the bad guys. He now puts them in comas when ever he gets really annoyed with them or just sends them to the hospital. Some heroes tried to either stop him or reason with him but he along with Ross showed them how he has total immunity or in his words "You fuckers cant and wont do anything to me now or you will be marked as villains and be sent to jail along with Stank and the others" with that they gave up on trying to stop him. There was that time where Kraven was true to his word and challenged Peter to a battle of the century as he calls it.... Though he was sent to the hospital after Peter got bored. The web warriors tried to talk to him but he either gives them the cold shoulder or just beats them up when they get to annoying. And sadly enough(to everyone except Peter) Miles and Gwen had to go back to their worlds now thanks to Julia as she was hable to connect their worlds and send them back. Breaking their hearts especially Gwen since she just lost her Peter once more and this time its her fault. Peter was there when this all happened. A small part of him felt bad cause this was the other version of her dead lover. Now that he thinks about it, he really needs to pay a visit to Mysterio for that stunt he pulled of making him think his Gwen cheated on him. He'll do it eventually, he'll just give Mysterio some extra days of life before he comes after him. Its more fun to play with your pray after all right?.
-right now, Hanma home-
We now see Peter in the living room of the mansion and he bored out of his mind as he watched tv and drinking some beer while Felicia rested her head on her lovers lap as she two looked at the TV bored out of her mind. She really wished it was night time already so that she and her Peter can go out stealing something. On the side we see May having a nice conversation with Alfred while Walter just watched from the sidelines and Sebas was in the kitchen making dinner for everyone when suddenly Peter's phone rang. He answered and found out that it was Ross telling him that its time. Peter told everyone that today is the day that Tony finally looses everything. Everyone got ready and went to the court house
-the court house-
Everyone was there. Civilian, news reporters and even se heroes went to the court house to see what will happen
Tony with his infinite wisdom, decided to be his own lawyer. Only for him to end up loosing every time he tried to defend himself due to Peter having all the information needed to win this case and surprisingly enough. Sebas was a good lawyer. They were about to close the case when suddenly
???: *opens the door* Hold up! I have a counter offer
Everyone turned to the voice and saw that it was a man in a suit
Judge: May I ask who you are?
Arno: *small smile* I am Arno Stark, the true air to the Stark name unlike the adopted mistake over there- he said as he walked into view of everyone

Judge: What is your counter offer Mr. Stark?
Arno: Please, my father's name was Mr. Stark, You may just call me Arno Judge. *looks at Peter who was leaned back on his chair smoking a cuban cigarette with Logan behind him and Sebas(his lawyer) next to him* Mr. Hanma, how about you and I make a deal
Peter: *raised eyebrow as he puffs a smoke*
Arno: How about this. Since I am a real Stark. I can take over Stark industries and make it better then what my adoptive disappointment of a brother could ever do
Tony: *enraged* My question is how are you even alive?!
Arno: *waves him of* Detail details. All im gonna say is the father found a way to save my life and kept me safe and secure even after his passing. Anyway, Mr. Hanma, if you let me take back the company my father built with his own blood sweat and tears. I can asure you that I can gift you state of the art tech that can rival that disgrace- he said as he pointed at Tony
Peter stays silent for a moment thinking this all out. And he made his choice as he saw that he was telling the truth
Peter: *shrugs* Eh why not *puffs a smoke* Better then what I had in mind I guess
Arno: Not to mention that I can give you extra help in re-building Parker industries- he added in
Peter: Deal- he said as he shook Arno's hand. Anything to not have to do so much paper work.
After that the sentence changed to where Arno Stark has full owner ship of Stark industries and Tony now disowned from the Stark name has nothing but a low quality arc reactor with enough power to simply keep him alive.
After all of that mess Peter, Fisk and Arno went to the main office in one of Stark industries's buildings thats in New York and the three sign a contract where they would help each other if anything happened and that Arno would ship them some Stark tech and he assured Fisk that his tech will be much better than Tony's.
Soon after Parker industries was re opened and now was better then ever when Otto was in control. Newer tech for everyone and much more.
For the most part everything was getting better for Peter.
