Chapter 31: Rude Awakeing

THIRD POV

9 days she had been comatose, slow improvement. Usually at lest two members are there in the room with her. Otto has come to terms that she might not make it so he stays about an hour everyday to make it easier on him.

The Sherifs Department is clueless with her case, there are two specific stories and then the others don't know anything about it. Doctor Alyssa though has been pulling hard for facts.

Today, Thursday her condition was the best it had been all week. She didn't want Otto there when she woke up, Alyssa wanted the truth. She would not let her careless father and his proxy to ruin this girls life.

The devilish two Otto and Brad stood at the barn where, they were keeping blow for the Myans. There were on guard duty for the next 4 hours.

"If she makes it I will be killed before I let her go back to him. With the cops now we gotta be careful, you will treat her so much better than that asshole could ever want to." Otto said to his best friend Brad

"Damn right brother, you know all I want is her best interest. I was thinking and our best option here is to get the cops on our side. kill the Scot and she will fall down to me, moreless the original plan" Brad reiterated

"The Sherifs will be harder to buy out, we just need to get some kind of eye whiteness... or footage as cold hard proof..." Otto said aloud rubbing his chin

"Prospects, they will do anything for a patch" Brad piped in his idea

"Perfect meet set at my place 10:30 and no mistakes the last thing we can afford at the moment" Otto dismissed his friend watching him get on his chopper and ride off.

Meanwhile at St. Tomas....

"Okay so I got all the legal details, everything is exact how it needs to be" Alyssa said in the privacy of her office with Filip Telford.

"What about your medical advisory recommendation whatever" Chibs asked calmly but was crying on the inside like a baby

"I have it stated that her pull-through record numbers are stagnant and have not moved in 72 hours. Thus as associated with the common stop of brain stem activity. To legal action of her living will and Jax Teller as her durable power of attorney, after 48 hours for no BSA she has to be taken off all life supporting systems ." Alyssa read from the sheet and it made chills run through the mans heart, knowing his sweetie was not coming back.

"It could be as soon as tomorrow or as far as years. But we need to file for appeals of charges as soon as it's pounced Chibs. Otto will have you buried in charges." Alyssa pled with the grieving man to exept his own justice.

Jackson was finally on board with Alyssa. The story had spilt the club in half, fights break out all the time. Piney wants to go as far to strip RJ of her patch, apparently women aren't sons...

Opie has sided with his dad that it was Chibs. The only people who believe in the real story are Tig, Jax, Juice, and Chibs. The legal case will turn this club in and out slowly killing it when she passes.

GEMMAS POV

I sat at her bedside flipping through Better Homes and Gardens just for a laugh. Chibs say across the room from me... I didn't hate the man but I didn't want to voice my opinion that Brad and Otto are probably the blame for this.

I know RJ and I know for a fact she would never TRY to kill herself. Though I think it was just a sequence of events. She was upset, bought a gram of coke and snorted it all. With that in her she wasn't thinking straight so she just kept drinking. Between all that she started haluisinating, and then thinking she might be happier with her mom.
