====================================

Mitch walked into her house, her mom thankfully not home as she sobbed her way to the phone.

She quickly dialed the number, sniffling as the phone rang.

"Please pick up- please." She whispered shakily. "Please pick up Steve."

The line went dead.

She let out a cry, "FUCK!" She slammed the phone back into the holder.

She went to Dustins room, opening the door, she looked around, Dustin no where to be seen.

"God, come on." She sniffled, going to her room and grabbing her radio, "Dustin?" She clicked on, "Dustin can you hear me, if you do please, please pick up!" She said, pain and stress laced in her voice. "This is a code red! A serious code red and I need you, please!"

She cried into the inside of her elbow, waiting for Dustin to respond.

But she got nothing.

She let out more cries until she fell asleep from exhaustion.

====================================

Mitch stood to the side. She barely talked or made any movement.

"I found him." Eleven told them.

"Where is he?" Max asked.

"Woods." She replied.

"Woods?" Lucas repeated confused.

"He's with-," Eleven paused, "Will's mom."

"My- my mom?" Will asked concerned.

"What are they doing?" Max asked.

"Ill- annoy." Eleven pronounced wrongly. "They're going to Ill- annoy."

Mitch flinched at the sound of knocking on the basement door. "Mike! Breakfast!" They all heard Mikes mom, Karen yell from upstairs.

"Not now Mom!" Mike yelled back. He turned back to Eleven, "Illinois? Illinois, like the state? The state of Illinois?"

Eleven took off her blindfold, shrugging confused, "Ill- annoy." She stammered.

Max brought Eleven to the bathroom to clean up her nosebleed.

"Somethings not right. I can't get Hopper off my back all summer, now all the sudden he's hiking with Will's mom to Illinois?" Mike paced, "And Dustin's MIA too?"

Mitch looked down as Mike looked at her, "He's missing right?"

"Dude, come on don't say her brothers missing." Will spoke up. "He's probably with Steve, we don't have to worry about them."

Mitch crossed her arms over her chest, panic and stress spreading through her body like a disease.

"This can't be a coincidence." Mike continued.

"What does it matter?" Lucas asked. "The bottom line is: they're not here. It's up to us!"

"Up to us to do what exactly?" Mike asked.

"Find Billy and stop him." Lucas answered

"Okay, yeah that's a really nice sentiment but even if El could find him again- and that's a pretty big if- then what?" Mike questioned.
