"Hell, no. I'm not wearing that shirt! Would you look at the colour of that?! Horrendous!"
I look over the green shirt on my right hand. Well, maybe the colour is not that good but it sure will bring his eyes to life. Harry still shaking his head, his hand tug his curly hair in frustation. I rolled my eyes before put it back.
After our last night encounter, he really did show up on my dorm at ten. I don't exactly remember when was the last time I met a person who comes on time, so I would give him that. But the thing is.. he complains, a lot.
Harry already complained about the weather twice. And then complained about his hair, stating that today is one of his bad hair days. I can't help but groan when he also complained about the busy road before we finally arrived at Topshop.
For someone with a lot of tattoos on his body, he doesn't act like a tough one. "Okay, well, how about this?" I asked him with a pink shirt on my right hand. He glared at me but I just laugh it off.
"This is stupid. I really shouldn't have said yes to her in the first place." He sighed and continue following me around the store to pick some clothes.
I handed him three shirts and two pair of pants before pushing him into the dressing room. I also add two blazers with different colours so he can choose himself. After five minutes full of grumbling noise, he got out with black pants and dark blue with little love printed on it.
"I would like to choose the other ones but this shirt actually looks good with this pants, don't you think?" I only nodded in agreement and show him the blazers. And of course he chooses the black over the maroon ones.
My phone vibrates on my pocket and I take it out to see a new message from my mother asking me about my whereabouts. I really love my mother but she has to stop treating me like I'm ten years old. After texted her back, I turned my attention to Harry whom already had his blazer on.
Okay, he looks so much better that I thought. He runs his fingers to his hair repeatedly, a nervous gesture? I don't know and I actually don't have the desire to know about that. "Is this okay?" he asked me, his tone is unsure.
"Yes." The answer was too quick and my eyes started to widen in panic. "I mean, you look good. You really do. I can't believe I was the one who choose all of that." His brow furrowed in confusion. "My friends back home used to tease me about my choices in fashion. They say it's rubbish." I explain to him.
He frowned as he took a step towards me. "I think this is okay. So, your fashion choice is not rubbish. Don't listen to them, alright?"
After finished with shopping, we went straight to the chineese restaurant to get lunch. I tried to pay for my own food but Harry was having none of it. And instead eating in the restaurant, he chose to take our lunch to the park near my dorm.
"You never read any of it?" I asked in disbelief. My mouth was hanging open while he was shaking his head. "John Green is like the most romantic writer in our era. It is such a shame that you haven't read any of his books. Shame on you, curly."
"What? I don't like romantic novels. I like The Mortal Instruments series though. The characters are so much better than those in romantic novels." I rolled my eyes at him before eating my food again. The silence wrapped around us for a moment. "Grace?" he is looking at me, his eyes are beautiful. Okay, stop. "If you don't mind me asking, what's your last name? I'm just curious."
"Somerset," I answered shortly. "What's yours?"
"Styles." I nodded at him and finishing my lunch.
