He was a bit taken a back when he saw me watching him from the mirror. Well, not exactly watching, it's coincidence, right? I didn't plan on catching him in the loo with a girl, did I?
He soon stopped kissing her and blinked twice, making the girl whined. And before I knew what was going on, she turned her head to me. This is not happening, I keep telling myself that this unexpected encounter is just one of my weird dreams. But it is happening, I realise that when she cleared her throat and purposely kissing Harry's neck.
"I was about to go, sorry for interrupting." I said to them and walking out from the bathroom.
There are so many questions in my head. Mostly about Harry though. What was he doing? Why didn't he text me after he got home last Wednesday? Did I screw up the dinner? Is that why he's been avoiding me for the last two days?
Oh God, my head is spinning. I need a cuppa to help me getting rid of the sick feeling in my stomach or I will pass out. My feet soon led me to a small café across from the building to get a cuppa. At this point I don't even care if I come late to my last class.
Fifteen minutes later, I finally found room twenty-seven for Music. Of course I'm terrified to go in, I'm late for twenty minutes for God's sake! But I have to do just that.
I knocked three times on the door before opening it. I can feel everyone's eyes are on me as on right now, including a man in his late forties wearing a blue shirt with a maroon tie.
"Would you like to tell me your name as well as your excuse, young lady?" he asked me with a smile. Okay, maybe he won't be too bad.
"I'm Grace Somerset and I'd like to apologize for my late arrival due to a headache I had." I answered his questions as polite as possible.
"I accept your apology, Miss Somerset. In case you didn't know it, I'm Gary Burwood. You may sit down now."
I thanked him and looking for an empty seat. Sadly, there is only one seat left on the back of the class. Guess I'll have to sharpen my eyes and ears for this class.
As I make my way to the only seat available, I noticed a bloke who'll sit beside me is too busy with his phone to even acknowledge me. His brown curly hair is messy but it looks familiar though. I was about to guess who he is when he turned his head, revealing his green eyes.
You've gotta be kidding me!
It is Harry Styles. The bloke who I caught in the girls' bathroom just about half an hour ago. The one who took me to the dinner with his family but didn't contact me after. Really, it is such a joy to have him here. Please, note the sarcasm behind my words.
I groaned quietly at the memories when he told me he is taking this class. I also remember he is taking this class with Liam, an arrows tattooed lad who Lucy's been talking about this entire week. Why didn't I remember that earlier?! If I would've remembered Harry gonna be here, I might've skipped this class altogether.
"Grace?" his eyes widen in surprise.
I really don't have the energy to reply him, instead I just ignore him and sitting down on my seat just like Mr. Burwood asked me to do. Don't even try to glance to him, I remind myself. And that's exactly what I'm doing.
Unfortunately he doesn't seem to take the hint. He keeps calling me in hushed tone for the first fifteen minutes. The next fifteen minutes he keeps passing his book, which is written with questions by the way. But I just keep my best to ignore him and listening to what the professor says.
After half an hour, I thought he has given up. Clearly I was wrong because he is back to calling my name and asking stupid questions such as 'why are you ignoring me?' 'Grace, talk to me, please' 'I will not stop bothering you if you keep silent'.
