LIMERENCE
Obsessive romantic attraction towards another person
Sitting on her bench in potions class Artemis felt someone nudge her shoulder, she snapped her head towards the boy who loves nothing more than to annoy her
"What do you want Ethan?"
He smiled and said "I saw Parkinson going in your boyfriend's room last night in bare minimum clothes might I say"
Artemis was boiling with rage on the inside she couldn't let Avery see her anger so she cleared her throat and spoke "Rabastan shares a room with 2 other boys" Avery smiled evilly
"That's the point darling, Nott and Rosier were not even in the dorm, they were with your little brother" Artemis gave a fake smile and replied
"I am sure there was a reason and explanation behind this, thank you for being a friend Ethan" he smiled back at her, "Anything Arty"
For most of the class, Artemis didn't say anything, she wanted it to be over, working in pairs, Ethan kept poking out something or the other, After getting on her last nerve, Artemis had enough of him so she decided to cause a little trouble, instead of putting mandrake leaves she added Dandelion root, as she put a protective shield around herself invisibly and using wandless magic, the cauldron exploded on Avery's face, a scream wrecked through the classroom, Avery was drenched in slimy liquid that smelled horrible.
Artemis held back a laugh as the whole class looked towards both of them, Slughorn came to their bench
"Oh Merlin, Artemis dear get Mr Avery to the hospital please make sure there is no harm caused" Artemis nodded her head, afraid if she opened her mouth she won't be able to control her laugh.
as soon as they stepped out of the potions class, Avery glared at her and she blurted into fits of laughter "You stink, it's your original smell you skank" Avery fumed at her
