*the next day*
I woke up feeling a little dizzy. After our research we were gonna head home but we instead went to one of our friends houses for a alcohol delivery. Let just say I drank a little too much. Don't worry I stopped once I felt it was too much.

But now I had a small hangover. Thank god I stopped when I did. I looked around my bedroom and got out of bed. I walked to my moms room and saw she wasn't there. That's wierd she always sleeps in. And the house is so... quiet... I glanced at the clock seeing it was 11:34 am. OH GOD I OVERSLEPT!

Y/n: "shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit." I repeated while rushing out of her room to the kitchen. I looked to the fridge seeing my mom. She turned around and almost yelled but she quickly realized it was me.

Claudia: "OH! Y/n goodness sweetie you scared  me!" She whisper yelled while placing a hand over her heart as if protecting it.

Y/n: "sorry mom..."

Claudia: "it's quite alright! Wait why aren't you at school? Who brought Dustin??" She said a little upset.

Y/n: "sorry mom i forgot to set my alarm. Dustin went to mikes last night and mrs. Wheeler brought them to school!" I smiled weakly.

Claudia: "good! Atleast you were responsible! Just stay home I'll call you in sick... I know how hangovers can be..." she walked away chuckling to herself

My brain finally registered the fact my mom knew and I furrowed my eyebrows with a shocked smile. I shrugged it off and walked back to my bed. I laid down snuggling up under my blanket. I love my mom. She's so sweet.

*after nap*
My mom shook me awake.

Claudia: "y/n! Y/nnnn!!!" She said enthusiastically.

Y/n: "hmmmm" I mumbled grumpily.

Claudia: "sweetie it's 5:30 in the morning you slept for a long time!" She said with a smile.

I sighed and got out of bed putting on something comfy. I'm too tired for this shit. I didn't put makeup on this morning and grabbed my backpack. I walked to the bathroom brushing my teeth and whatnot. I grabbed my brush and went to the kitchen brushing my hair.

I detangled it and grabbed an apple (or whatever u prefer for a quick breakfast)

Y/n: "bye mom love you have a good day!" I said hugging her quickly.

Claudia: "bye sweetie! Love you too and don't let no one fuck with you!"

I giggled a little at my moms daily morning speech. (Yes I'm exaggerating) anyways. I hopped in my car and drove myself to school blaring my favorite song. It gets me all excited in the morning what can I say!

I got to school and saw Dustin already here. He stayed at the wheelers again.

Y/n: "hey dusty bun!!!" I said mimicking Suzie.

Dustin: "y/n! We talked about this. It's not funny anymore." He said crossing his arms as I rubbed my fist on his head. He pushed my hands off annoyed with me. But it's all in fun.

Y/n: I laughed at him and so did mike and max. "Written on the pages is the answer to our" is whispered and mike joined in on the last few words "never ending story!!!!" We whisper yelled as Dustin rolled his eyes with a small smile. Max laughed at us.

Max: "turn around!" Max started.

Mike: "look at what you seeee!!!!"

Y/n: "in her face..." I said dramatically.

Dustin: "the mirror of your dreamsss!!" Dustin finally joined.

We all laughed at our horrible whisper singing.
