"Is that learning to breathe by switchfoot?" You asked a guy with long braided hair. He is wearing an earbuds and his feet are on top of his desk. he is balancing himself on the chair, swinging them a little while he's busy sketching something on his sketchbook.
"Hello?" You wave your hands in front of him to get his attention. He popped his bubblegum and removed his earbuds.
"Yeah?"
"This is a way that I say I need you, this is a way that I say I love you, this is a way that I say I'm yours—" You quickly sang the parts of the song while pointing at the earbuds.
"You're listening to Switchfoot?"
"Yeah, I love that song!"
Ran tilted his head to the side, he has this confused look written on his face.
"Why are you looking at me like you don't believe me?"
Ran closed his sketchbook and put his feet down. "Little miss sunshine is listening to Switchfoot."
"Yeah, and?"
"It's a surprise."
"Why? we're free to listen to whatever we want, right?"
"Why are you talking to me?"
"Why not? I heard the music coming from your earbuds and it pique my interest so I approach you."
"Okay?" He slid his pencil in-between the side of his head and earlobe then stood up.
"Where are you going?"
"Somewhere quiet." He coldly said before he put his earbuds back and and walked away.
