"Shit." Jasper muttered before turning around as Madeline looked over at him.

"Shit." Madeline muttered in anger when she turned around, seeing a glimpse of her ex lover's hair and goggles. (A/N aww they both said shit this is cute in a weird way both of them aw)

"Monty, is she looking away?" Jasper asked his best friend.

"Yeah, you can look now." Monty said with a smile.

And just as Jasper turned around, he was met with the angry face of Madeline Young. She had one eyebrow raised as if expecting something. Of course, Jasper knew what she wanted. An explanation. But that was something he was unable to do. After Madeline finally turned away with obvious tears in her eyes, Jasper punched his best friend in the arm.

"You dick!" Jasper said a seriously.

"I know I know." Monty said with a chuckle.

"I seriously need to do something to make her not hate me." Jasper said with a frustrated sigh.

"How about, telling her the truth?" Monty said in a duh tone.

"Nah that'll never work." The goggle boy said. Just after that, Finn, also known as the spacewalker, grabbed the two by the shoulders and turned them the other way.

"Four of us. Can we go now?" Finn said, leaving Monty and Jasper confused.

"Sounds like a party, make it five." Octavia said happily, butting in. Jasper was almost drooling over her.

"Jasper, your mouth." Monty whispered to his friend.

"Uh-uh oh!" Jasper chuckled while wiping his mouth with his sleeve.

"Hey Finn, can we bring one more person?" Jasper asked with hope.

"Yeah of course! The more the better." Finn said, looking at Clarke when he said the second sentence.

"Would you mind getting her? We're not really on speaking terms." Jasper awkwardly told the long haired boy.

"Sure, who is it?" Finn asked. Jasper pointed to the blonde female with the leather jacket. Finn walked up to her, whispered something in her ear, and brought her along to the rest of the group.

Jasper looked at the beautiful teenager, and they once made eye contact, but she rolled her eyes and looked anywhere but toward him. But in that one moment, Jasper knew he saw some emotion in those beautiful blue eyes.

Madeline watched as Finn carefully picked a beautiful purple flower and placed it in Octavia's hair. She remembered when Jasper used to do that when he took her to the garden on the Ark. Madeline noticed as Jasper remembered those times too but he shook it off.

"Now that, my friend, is game." Jasper said to Monty as Madeline rolled her eyes. He was totally attracted to Octavia. Always has been, even when him and Madeline were dating on the Ark.

FLASHBACK

"I'm gonna go get some drinks alright Jas?" Madeline said happily looking up at her tall boyfriend.

"Okay Mad, love you." Jasper smiled as he bent down to give her a kiss. With that Madeline walked off.

As she was coming back, she saw her boyfriend slowly remove his goggles to reveal his gaping eyes. "Who is that?" He asked while looking at a strange beautiful teenager. Madeline felt anger rise but she washed it down because she trusted her boyfriend. She walked back to Jasper and they continued to dance, him looking at that girl ever so often.

FLASHBACK OVER

"That, my friend, is poison sumac." Monty laughed. Octavia quickly shook it out of her hair.

"What? It is?" Octavia questioned. Madeline laughed at her stupidity. Jasper gave her a look.

"The flowers aren't poisonous, they're medicinal. Calming, actually." Monty said, popping one into his mouth. Madeline picked one and put it in her pocket, saving it for future.

Clarke began talking but Madeline zoned out due to her buzzkill ness. (A/N sorry about this I don't wanna write every dialogue. )

"Someone should slip her some poison sumac." Octavia said. Of course, everyone laughed. Jasper even snorted a few times. Madeline rolled her eyes. She had rolled her eyes so much in the past five minutes, she was surprised they hadn't fell out.

As the group continued to walk, Madeline saw a river, immediately running to it. She began to take her pants off, flaunting her butt as she did when she heard a very loud Jasper say, "Damn, I love Earth." Madeline rolled her eyes at his comment. As she finished taking her pants off, Madeline looked back to see the reactions. Jasper's mouth was open and so was Clarke's. She was pretty sure everyone was shocked. Octavia seemed defeated. Madeline guessed she was planning on doing the same.

As she jumped in the water Madeline heard Monty yell, "We can't swim." She went down under the water making the rest of the group probably worried but then she stood up.

"But we can stand." Madeline chuckled.
