(Y/n) (l/n) had been in the training room for half an hour when master Vos walked in. "What're you doing kid?" The master asked as he watched the boy dodge blaster bolts. "Where's your saber?" The boy jumped onto the shoulders of one of the training droids.

"I prefer not to use it unless necessary master" (y/n) replied with a shrug. He grabbed the droids blaster and crushed it with the force. "Especially during training. That's when I mostly focus on the force" the boy quickly turned his head and outstretched his arm as a blaster bolt shot at him. The bolt was pushed off its path and into the gun it came from, knocking the gun from the droids hand.

Quinlan nodded in approval. The droids shut off and (y/n) got off the shoulders of the droid he was on. "Nicely done. Although you should train with your saber. It's an important tool for any Jedi"

"Yeah a lot of people seem to be telling me that recently" (y/n) replied with a shrug. "I disagree though. I'm not on the front lines master, I'm just a healer. I don't need a lightsaber"

"That's not all a lightsaber if useful for" master Vos shook his head. "For instance it could be a light source, master Yoda once used his to cut something and make a splint, you could even use it to cut a hole in the floor for a quick escape. It's not just limited to violence"

(Y/n) nodded but didn't seem convinced. "I'll keep that in mind master" he replied respectfully.  "But for now I should probably be going. My master is supposed to be returning from a mission soon"

Quinlan shrugged before turning to the training room. (Y/n) walked past him and out of the room. You alright? He heard the familiar voice in his head. You feel a bit anxious.

"I just get that way when thinking about my lightsaber" (y/n) spoke quietly so as not to get overheard. "That's why I never keep it on me"

Barriss didn't reply but he could feel that she understood. "I'm going to the hangar. Master Bultar should be here any time now"

Alright. Hope all goes well. And with that the conversation was over. (Y/n) walked slowly towards the hangar.

Once he arrived in there the boy sat on a crate and closed his eyes. A couple clones looked over at the Jedi curiously but then turned back to their work. The boy began meditating.

After a couple of minutes one of the clones wakes up to him. The clone had her helmet on so he couldn't see her face. "Commander? If you don't mind me asking, a couple of the boys are wondering about why you're just sitting here"

(There are no pictures of sister in phase 1 armor. Just use your imagination I suppose)

(Y/n) opened his eyes and spoke. "I'm waiting for a ship. My master is supposed to be coming back from one of the battles on the outer rim" the boy explained as he shrugged. "I wasn't sure when they'd be here so I showed up early"

The clone nodded. "What's your name?" (Y/n) asked curiously. He had never seen the colors she was wearing on any other clones.

"It's Sister, sir" the clone replied with a nod.

"Nice to meet you Sister" the Jedi replied with a nod.

A moment later the two turned their heads as they heard engines. They looked to see a gunship enter the hangar and land. (Y/n) looked at the clone and nodded before getting up and walking towards the ship.

(Y/n) watched as his master got off the ship. She smiled once she noticed her padawan. He walked up to her. "It's good to see you again (y/n)"

"You too master" (y/n) replied with a nod.

The two stood there in awkward silence for a moment. "So what now?"

"Well now I go report to the council and hope they don't give us another mission anytime soon" Bultar replied with a smile. "Then I'll help continue your training"

(Y/n)s emotions darkened at the thought of going back to the war but brightened again once he felt Barriss' worry for him.
