I'm in the process of zipping up my full suitcase when my mum calls up to me."Alina, are you ready yet? You're going to miss the train!" she says frantically.
"Coming!" I shout back giving a last look at my room to see if I've left anything behind. I pick up my bag and suitcase then close my bedroom door behind me.
"Have you got everything?" She says rushing around the kitchen to make me a sandwich and coffee for the journey. I said my goodbyes the night before.
"Yes I made sure," I say tiredly and I sigh.
"Aww honey I'm going to miss you so much," she says and brings me in for a tight hug. I don't know how I didn't see it before, her baby bump looks almost impossible to miss.
"Then don't send me to boarding school 6 hours away," I grumble.
"Don't be like that, it's only for a year and then you're coming home," she says and I don't reply.
My dad walks in and gives me a big hug too.
"I'm sorry Alina but we have to do this for the baby," he says apologetically.
"Right, the baby," I say looking down and picking at my fingers.
"Hey, look at me it will only be for a year," he says.
"I know, everyone keeps telling me that," I say, still looking down at the floor.

The train station is busier than I expected since it was so early in the morning. My dad had just dropped me off 10 minutes ago and I had entered through the big sliding doors to the view of businessmen rushing left and right and the smell of coffee wafting up my nose.
I start my journey through the crowded station, weaving in between people hurrying to their trains. I set my suitcase looking for my ticket. Just as I found it and was reading, a boy walked straight into me knocking me straight on my ass.
"Watch where you're going," the boy said annoyed, looking down at me.
"What the fuck? You bumped into me first," I say standing up and getting a proper look at him.
Holy shit he was hot, wait no, don't get distracted by this asshole. But the hair, no stop Alina, get a hold of yourself. I bet the hair is soft. No stop! Come on Alina, woman's rights, now is the time to be a sassy bad bitch feminist.
"Excuse me?" He said looking at me like I was a piece of filth.
"You're excused," I say looking at him will equal disgust even though he is the opposite of disgusting. Those eyes, oh boy I could get lost in those eyes. Stop! Get a hold of yourself!
He stares at me for a bit longer narrowing his eyes then starts to walk away.
"Dickhead," I mutter and he turns his head slightly around, a smirk curling at his lip. Oh shit he heard me, is he going to turn around or something? He surprises me by just carrying on walking, I would have thought at least one or two rude remarks would have been made.
I pick up my suitcase that had fallen on the floor with me and start to walk over to my train, still pissed off at that super attractive guy.
I put the ticket through the machine and get on the train as the train driver calls one minute left to board.
I glance down at my ticket again to see I'm in row F, seat 45. I put my suitcase in the rack above and slump down on the comfy chair. My eyelids start to droop, one little nap couldn't hurt. Then darkness dragged me into sleep.
