"Seen your precious Sungie lately?" Changbin asked in the middle of lunch. With the roll of his eyes, Minho continues to shove chips in his mouth passive-aggressively.
"Take a guess Pig man," Minho snapped, his gaze falling back across the courtyard. Two of Jisung's friends were there, the two Jisung is usually with but no Jisung. There had been no Jisung for a week going on two.
"What a hurtful name Cat," Changbin shot back happily, continuing to eat his snacks.
"You just get lamer and lamer as you keep talking," Minho smiled. Changbin laughed suddenly waving over Minho's shoulder. Minho turned around to see the one and only Bang Yedam heading over to their table. The younger Bang sibling smiled.
"Yedam! Sit for a minute yah?" Changbin offered. With a large smile, Yedam nodded, taking a seat next to Minho.
"How are you kiddo?" Minho asked, offering the chile a potato chip. Yedam kindly declined the snack offering.
"As good as I can be. Felix is getting antsy and wants to go out, but I'm sure you know all about that," Yedam wiggled his eyes brown as Changbin turned red. Minho giggled.
"I do matter of fact, I wish I could sneak him out but I know Chan's been on high alert," Changbin snickered, rolling his eyes dramatically when he mentioned Chan. Yedam sighed, laying a head on his hand.
"You are right about that," Yedam sighed, frowning deeply. Minho's eyes thinned before blowing wide.
"Has he been horrible at home too?" Minho asked
"If you could not shout it out to the whole school that would be nice," Yedam snapped, red flushing from embarrassment, the youngest was always very private about his home life and the entire school knew about the incident that happened with his brothers was not something he wanted.
"It sucks that your older brother is a literal Psycho," Changbin cooed reaching across the table to pet the youngest's head.
"Stop, he's just, going through it," Yedam tried to defend, fiddling with his fingers nervously.
"Bang Yedam we are all going through it. This is no reason for him to lock Felix up at home," Changbin said, eyes dark and sad as they studies the young one. Although Yedam was not a member of the friend group he was often around when they hung out.
"I know," Yedam said. Standing up and smiling sadly, "I have to go, Chan is waiting to pick me up but hopefully I will see you soon," Yedam waved to Changbin and hugged Minho quickly before sending the two a blinding smile and sprinting out of the courtyard.
"I miss that little brat," Changbin said after the youngest was gone from their sight. Minho sighed.
"I miss being 8," he said looking at his hands and holding up 8 fingers. Changbin reached across the table folding a finger down on Minho's hand. Minho shook his head, making two fists and hiding them in his lap.
"I miss being friends"

"Are you off to work already?" Changbin asked from his seat on the couch, phone in hand, smile on his face. Minho nodded, slipping on his shoes at the door.
"I will be back late tonight so don't wait up to eat," Minho said waving a hand in the general direction of the couch.
Minho hated walking to work. But being a college student gave him no extra money for a car or gas. It didn't help that the store was on the not-so-safe side of town. When he got to the store the bell rang like usual. The employee who was supposed to be working the shift before him was nowhere to be seen.
