Abducted Legally?
——————————
Two days later at 6pm a black van with tinted windows pulled up to the orphanage. In it a skinny, brown haired woman walked up to the orphanage and asked for Esma and Sofia. She told Mrs. Lewis that our grades were the lowest and they are going to be taken for some extra help. Mrs. Lewis told us to quickly pack our bags then sent us off with the lady. I was apprehensive about the whole situation, there was no way we could have failed compared to the other children. Sofia thought so too.

Once we were in the car Sofia told the lady we couldn't have failed and asked to see our tests. The lady just smiled and said, "You're right, you didn't fail the tests. You did better than the average, that's why you are coming with us."

Us, I questioned in my mind. Just then a hand reached out in front of me and as my eyes were closing I heard a voice say, "Those were the last two, now we go to Wyoming."

We all woke up in a dark, cold room with no windows and a single light in the center of the room. The room was covered in thin black mats.

There were 30 children in the room including myself, we were sitting in a straight line. All children in the line were between the ages of 5 and 7.

Sofia was sitting next to me on the right side and a blond boy sat on the left. Three people stood in front of us. They all wore name badges on their clothes so we knew their names.

Who stood in front of us was the brown haired lady now dressed in a lab coat named Dr. Clarkson, another skinny bald man in a white lab coat named Mr. Draven, and the end opposite of me was a tall, buff blond haired guy named Mr. Simon.

Mr. Draven now talked, "You all have been brought here to help the USA. Ever since the war between Russia and us we have been losing power. You all," he pointed at us, "are going to help us regain that power because children can get into a lot more places than an adult. Also no one suspects them. Follow Dr. Clarkson to show you all your room. We start testing tomorrow."

We stared at him. He glanced back and clapped his hands. "Move along in a line, anyone who doesn't follow directions will be brought to the punishment room, and trust me no one comes back from there."

This sends shivers up my back so noticeable that Sofia grabs my hand and squeezes it till it hurts telling me it will be okay.

I snap back into reality and we all realize Dr. Clarkson had already left the room. None of us knew what the punishment was for getting lost and we didn't want to find out so we all ran to catch up. We all followed one another in a straight line to our room. We passed several rooms in the small white hallway. A few of us including Sofia tried to peek into the room, but she couldn't see anything. Dr. Clarkson stopped all of us before we entered the room and had us all line up in the hall.

"We have a schedule here that everyone needs to follow. One of us will wake you up at precisely 7am. You all will have 5 minutes to get ready and meet me or one of the other two directors out here in this line right here. In your room on the right of your bunk bed you will find your clothes that you will wear that day. Over here,"she pointed to the door across from our room, "is your bathroom.

Everything is labeled by the number on your bed. Also we have video cameras at every angle of this building, so don't even try escaping." Then she pushes open our room's metal door and shoves us all into the room and locks the door behind us. The blond kid sitting next to me who was probably 7 starts banging on the door telling her to let us out.

She pushes open the door making the kid go flying then speed walks over to him and picks him up by the neck. "If you want to see the sunlight tomorrow to better be quiet." Then she drops him. As he hits the concrete floor you can hear his bones crack but she just turns away and slams the metal door once again. The boy is left on the ground hysterically crying holding his right leg. You could see the marks on his neck where Dr. Clarkson was holding him.
